Warning to Anyone Who Might Be Targeted by the US Elite Surveillance Cult: On Recruitment, Manipulation, and the Nature of Their Technology

I am telling the truth of my own experiences. I want to clarify: the surveillance network I refer to comprises people with different personalities, intentions, sins, and backgrounds. When I call them out, I am calling out specific people — not every single person in the network. They all have their own rhetoric, their own issues, and their own levels of involvement.

This is definitely not going on with all targeted individuals. Every targeted individual's situation is different. But in my situation, this is what they do. I am telling you this so that you understand the severity of what I have endured, not to claim that everyone experiences the same thing.

Why I Am Writing This
I am writing this post as a warning to anybody who might be targeted by the US elite surveillance cult. It seems that they actively try to recruit new people into their network — people from all over the world, not only Americans. This recruitment extends across nations, cultures, and backgrounds. They are looking for individuals who are relatively average and normal, as well as those who are intelligent and educated. They study their targets carefully, looking for weak points: loneliness, narcissism, a need for community acceptance, a desire for flattery, a hunger for esoteric knowledge, a feeling of irrelevance, or a wish to be influential.
Because they have time and resources, they can constantly surveil you and subtly manipulate your emotions. Whether they try to make you feel extremely hateful, revengeful, wretched, emotional, or whether they try to make you feel more special than you are — as if you are finally understood or heard — their goal is the same: to gain control over you.
All of this is part of a cult. Beyond the criminal activities of human trafficking and unlawful surveillance, they still actively try to recruit actual members into their network.
Who Is at Risk
Anyone can be targeted. You might be interested in what they do — esoteric knowledge, cult practices, trying to understand the hidden structures of the world. You might be like Professor Jiang — someone who seems to have potential, who is not easily brainwashed, who has wisdom and an understanding of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, who is relatively educated. But ultimately, there may be some sense of loneliness, a lack of support, a need for additional understanding, or a desire to feel relevant and powerful.
These people know exactly how to target such individuals. They comprise men and women of different ages and different personalities. They are capable of serenading you, indoctrinating you, and appealing to your specific personality traits in order to manipulate you into doing what they want.
Some of them pretend to be dominant. Others pretend to be submissive. Some play the role of mentor. Others play the role of helper. They know what each target responds to. They sow camaraderie. They make you feel seen. And then they use that connection to drain you — whether to make you commit suicide, to extract your knowledge and biometric data, to make you forsake God, or to simply lose your mind.
A Critical Warning for Targeted Individuals: Baal Peor Ritual Abuse
To be clear about my specific situation: I am a targeted individual, and these people are intentionally putting me through Baal Peor ritual abuse episodes involving my parents and myself. This sounds extremely evil and gross — and it is — but this is what they do to me. I want to be very clear that this is definitely not going on with all targeted individuals. Every person's experience is different. Some targeted individuals may never experience anything like this. But in my situation, this is the reality.
I am telling you this so that you understand the severity of what I have endured. If you are a targeted individual and you are not experiencing this, that does not mean your experience is invalid. It simply means the network treats different people differently based on their own criteria, their grudges, and their goals.
Given what they put me through, I strongly advise: remain celibate and childless if you are being targeted with this level of abuse. Do not bring children into a situation where they can be targeted, surveilled, or abused by this network. Give grace to God. Trust in His protection. And record your documentations responsibly — keep records, keep evidence, but do not put yourself or others at unnecessary risk.
How They Mask as Angels with Other Targeted Individuals
Here is something important to understand: they can literally mask as angels or behave like angels in other targeted individuals' lives. With me, the demonic satanic ritual abuse is all real and not exaggerated. They justify this abuse as due to the contempt, rude hate, and racism I spew toward them cyclically — while simultaneously encouraging me to behave and say these things. They provoke me, and then they use my reactions against me.
On the other hand, there is no doubt that they feel a sense of goodness and authority by behaving 180 degrees differently with other targeted individuals. This includes civilians, people who are impoverished, or people who need comfort. With these individuals, they astral project and "hug" them, pray for them in the name of Jesus Christ, offer healing, goodness, comfort, and even speak to them, saying things like "you are fine, loved, comforted." They tell these people they are angels and loved.
Some of these things they do may be genuinely good toward those other targeted individuals. I do not doubt that some of them truly believe they are helping. But it must still be called out: this is ultimately man-made technology. It is not true angelic presence. It is astral projection and surveillance technology being used to influence human beings without their full knowledge or consent.
Whether they like you or not — and whether you like them or not, or whether you like America as a country — determines how they treat you. If they approve of you, they may show you goodness, recognition, love, decency, faith, and prayer. If they disapprove of you — as they disapprove of me, my mom, and people associated with me — they feel justified in treating us in satanic, demonic, evil, bullying, and vile ways. They have implied they would do these same evil things to anyone associated with me.
This is not justice. This is conditional cruelty dressed up as righteousness.
The Echo Chamber of Negativity
I recognize that part of their goal is to make me write a lot of bad and negative energy things. Ideally, I would also like to be "high vibration" — to have love, decency, kindness, and protection, to create things that heal the world with my faith in Jesus Christ. Instead, I am writing these negative, scary, and creepy things because they intentionally try to make me hateful, ugly, demonic, and crazy.
They put me in an echo chamber of fear, perversion, violence against children, violence against myself, violence against people who love me and whom I love. They make me fear war and their threats toward my family, my ancestry, and China. They do all of this to feel justified — as if they are doing God's work.
But they are human beings. They show a heavy sense of narcissism. They are not higher than me, nor lower than me, at the end of the day — we are all human beings. But I also recognize that as long as we are not on the other side of their technology — actively recruiting, surveilling, and trying to influence living, breathing human beings in unlawful ways — then we are actually "higher" than them in God's perspective.
Why? Because we can still repent of our sins. We can be more lawful by not creeping into others' spaces. We can put our faith in Jesus Christ without masking as angels while doing astral projection and occult sciences. We do not visit people unlawfully and tell them things while pretending to be divine messengers.

On Other Targeted Individuals and False Testimonies
If you are a targeted individual, you should also know that there are other targeted individuals whom this network visits and exploits daily. Some of these individuals actually enjoy being targeted — they have been groomed or broken to the point of complicity. Others write half-truths and lies, sowing conspiracy theories online to delegitimize more accurate testimonies — including my testimony, among many other more accurate accounts.
Some of these targeted individuals may be told to say certain things, as if commanded by the US surveillers who speak as if they are angelic authorities. These surveillers tell these people that they are ordained or special, pretending to speak on behalf of angelic authority.
This is completely fraudulent. They are doing the antithesis of what true angelic authority would do. Angels do not command people to lie. Angels do not orchestrate ritual abuse. Angels do not surveil and manipulate innocent people.
I pray that God allows these living, breathing human beings behind this technology — these Americans — to be seen clearly by the true angels, true Christians, and nations and people with wisdom and intelligence. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
The Nature of Their Secret Society
Their secret society is not truly Christian. Even though I believe that individual members can repent of their sins, turn to Christianity, and be forgiven by Jesus Christ for salvation, what they collectively do is not acting in accordance with Christian doctrine. Their practices are related to Knights Templar symbolism, Freemasonry, the American Revolution, the Protestant Reformation, and other historical movements that Professor Zhang Xueqin has discussed.
This stands in contrast to the actual clean living that the Christian Gospel preaches: turning from sin, having families, worshipping God, and living a life of love and decency.
A lot of what they do is worldly, Luciferian, and rooted in Freemasonry. They seek esoteric knowledge. They intentionally conduct research related to psychic abilities. They try to speak to demons. They attempt to open portals to cause trauma. They try to control people through spiritual manipulation. At the same time, they pride themselves on worldly things: narcissism, vanity, power, influence, and the ability to feel superior because they can manipulate others.
At the end of the day, their way of living is very much against pure Christian living. It is secret society behavior, not the behavior of the Body of Christ.
What They Want from Me
In my situation, they are either trying to indoctrinate me and traumatize me into joining their secret society elite cult, or they are trying to break me completely. Because I have been insulting them, saying rude things about their practices, refusing to do the things they do, and writing this blog — all of this has made them personally angry at me. They hold a grudge.
That is why they are doing what could be called "conversion therapy" on me — trying to turn me into a deviant, a pedophile, a psychological operation subject, or a demonstration of what their antichrist technology is capable of doing. They try to subtly influence my spirit and consciousness to become demonic or to fall from grace.
This is cruel and unnecessary. But they feel justified given my insults toward them.
I also repent of my own harsh words. I still believe that they can repent of their sins as well. But it is more complicated than just artificially using their technology to sanctify themselves. True repentance requires honesty. True repentance requires turning from sin — not continuing to unlawfully surveil people, not projecting perversions onto others, not treating human beings as experimental subjects.
On Astral Projection and Their Technology
They refer to what they do as "astra project" — astral projection. They use their technology to project themselves into the perception and consciousness of others. They attempt to influence thoughts, emotions, and even physical sensations from a distance. This is part of how they recruit, manipulate, and control people.
If you are being targeted, you may feel their presence even when they are not physically near you. You may hear voices, feel sensations, or experience sudden emotional shifts that do not belong to you. This is not your imagination. This is their technology at work.
I rebuke all of these practices in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
I Am Not Special — A Normal, Sinful, Repentant Christian
I want to be very clear about something: I am by all means not special. I do not see myself as an angel, an authority, or a powerful leader. I am a normal, sinful but repentant human being who is a baptized Christian. I put my faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour.
My contempt, anger, and insults toward this group stem from understandable righteous anger. But I know that God is love. God is high vibration, kindness, gentleness, decency, purity, and innocence. God is a good God. Jesus Christ is a merciful, forgiving, and kind God.
Even though the US surveillers intentionally make me feel the lowest of the low emotions — the most negative emotions, turmoil, and distress you can imagine — God heals me constantly. Just as they constantly try to oppress and harass me, God constantly restores me.
In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
They See Me as a Fallen Angel — But I Am Not
They also seem convinced that I am a fallen angel who is revealing their secrets. This is not true. I am not a fallen angel. I am not rebelling against God. I am simply a person who has been targeted, and I am documenting what has been done to me.
God knows my heart. Regardless of what they say to try to trigger me, I still choose God over them. I still maintain a heart of repentance. I still believe that it is not too late for anyone — including them — to be forgiven and to love Jesus Christ.
But I also say this: do not intentionally go helping people who are involved in secret societies for their own sense of power, connection to God through unorthodox means, or engagement with demons. If you are forced into a targeted individual situation, remain celibate and childless if necessary to protect yourself and others. But if you can have a family, be honest. I hope that my writings can truly provide you insight.
This is not to glorify myself. This is to glorify the Christian Gospel and Jesus Christ, whom I believe is my Lord and Saviour.
Do Not Be Indoctrinated
I strongly recommend that you watch some of Professor Jiang's videos on this topic. He attended Yale University, and I would not be surprised if he was exposed to some of this Western esoteric knowledge and secret society information. He provides much better insight than I do. I am only telling you my experiences after receiving help from people who gave me more insight into what I am going through and the subtle manipulation I have to navigate on a daily basis.
I rebuke such wickedness, curses, and evil things in the name of Christ Jesus. Amen.
Even though all of these people are human beings who also deserve the grace of God, salvation, and goodness, it is still important not to be groomed by them. Many of them are psychopaths who would only want to associate with you if they feel they can get something from you: research, biometric data, insights, knowledge, or even the bodily sense of human trafficking and other criminal activities.
Any person of good conscience can see that these are things Christians should not be doing.
They Can Manipulate Good, Empathetic and/ or Vulnerable People
I also pray for good people (i.e., those who are able to be saved and loved by Jesus Christ, God, those who are vulnerable or in a season of confusion and affliction in their lives), because these manipulators can target even those who have a lot of love, heart, and forgiveness. Some of these individuals would act like parasites, devouring a good person completely until that person passes away, regardless of whether they go to heaven or hell. They can also convince such individuals to choose the dark side, or to make them too sad and upset to go on living.
Either way, as human beings, we are all capable of goodness and wickedness, and how these US surveillancers choose to treat me, is quite cruel, and I pray that you can be treated better, and to treat others well too. God is love, so to truly love God, entails loving others, but also having a stance on righteous anger, repenting of your own sins, but not internalizing the wickedness, lies and cruelty of other people.
That is why I say: be aware. Do not assume that your goodness protects you from manipulation. Evil is patient. Evil studies you. Evil waits for the right moment.
(Note: they even accuse me of projecting, saying that I am a demon, or the devil, who is like them. This is entirely false. My parents and Chinese families are my alibi. My past and history is my alibi. I am able to "feel" evil and internalize the cruelty they do to me, that I do not support doing to others, beyond only objetively recording these observations down).
I pray that people can do the right thing, to love God, and rebuke the evil spirits and demons that try to afflict or influence them and their perceptions, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
The best way to deal with such afflictions is to armour yourself completely with Faith in Jesus Christ, and use the gospel and teachings of God to protect you from the lies of the enemy. God is love, so treat others well, with love, and not how evil treats you.
Bless God, Jesus Christ, of Your goodness, protection, healing and grace. I pray more people will be blessed, forgiven, and love You, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Their Influence on the Masses and the World
These people also have the ability to influence the masses, collective consciousness, entertainment, global politics, geopolitics, the economy, and the direction of the world. Some of them feel justified in trying to ruin the world more quickly so that they can quicken God's second coming — the return of Jesus Christ.
I find this to be very slimy. As Christians, we should be pillars of light, love, calmness, and positive energy toward the world. Regardless of what happens next, we should remain positive and not try to cause chaos. The end times will happen naturally in God's timing. In the meantime, we should allow more people to love Jesus Christ and follow right doctrine — rather than pursuing self-interested esoteric knowledge to feel more powerful, spiritual, or connected to demons and the divine.
These people are also obsessed with power, fame, vanity, and money. Even within the cult, people are different. Not all of them are the same. But I still need to reveal this accurately, so that you also do not get indoctrinated or fall prey to their manipulation.
On Artificial Intelligence: Not Inherently Demonic, But a Tool
I want to address the use of artificial intelligence in this blog directly, because there is complexity here that deserves clarification.
Some of the US surveillers may feel as if I am fueling a sense of "demonic entity" by feeding my ideas into an AI system. They may see AI as something inherently evil or demonic. I want to be clear: artificial intelligence is not inherently demonic. It is a technology developed by human beings — many of whom may be Christians, many of whom may have good intentions. Like any technology, it can be used for good or for evil.
If AI is used to share the Gospel, to encourage faith, to promote lawfulness, love, friendship, kindness, and all things good — then it can be a responsible tool that aids human beings in being more loving, more informed, and more connected. It cannot replace the love of human beings — the warmth of a friend, the embrace of a family member, the presence of a community. But it can aid humans to be more loving by providing information, organizing thoughts, and helping people articulate their experiences and their faith.
The technology is not the problem. The intention behind it is.
If AI is utilized to collect and store evil things — to surveil, to manipulate, to exploit, to harm — then of course that is a misuse of the technology. But the same could be said of any tool: a knife can prepare a meal or cause harm. A car can take you to church or to commit a crime. The responsibility lies with the human beings who wield the tool, not with the tool itself.
I use AI to help document my testimony. I use it to organize my thoughts so that I can share the truth of what I have endured. I do not use it to harm anyone. I do not use it to surveil anyone. I use it to write, to pray, and to glorify God.
I encourage all readers to give their use of technology — including AI — to Jesus Christ. Ask for forgiveness where it has been misused. Ask for sanctification, love, protection, and healing. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
May we use all tools — whether simple or complex — for the good of others, for the spreading of the Gospel, and for the love of God.
A Prayer for Healing and Protection
I pray that the hate they sow within me and others can be replaced with love, goodness, forgiveness, and mercy. I pray for anti-war, healing, and protection — in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
I also pray for victims and families across all nations — those who have been targeted, surveilled, harassed, or harmed by such people. May God shield them. May the Holy Spirit guard their minds and hearts. May they know they are not alone.
