Public Security Statement: Grooming, Criminal Psychology, and the Worst Abuses of Surveillance Technology: A Warning and a Public Service Announcement

Public Service Announcement: To Be Shared Across Nations
Disclaimer: What follows is my subjective experience and speculation based on what I have observed and endured. I am recording this as a public service announcement and public security statement because I believe law enforcement, human rights organizations, and the public need to know how some of these networks operate.
Not all people behind surveillance technology are equally like this. I am writing about the worst of them – a subset comprising some individuals linked to U.S. corporations, the Pentagon and military, Scientology, Freemasonry, and research institutions. There are many people within these networks who do not engage in these practices and who would want to repent and believe in Jesus Christ. But the individuals I describe here exist, and their behavior must be documented and called out.
This is not about all Americans, all surveillance personnel, or all members of any organization. This is about specific individuals and networks who engage in criminal, satanic ritual abuse, grooming, and psychological torture.
Why I Am Writing This
I am writing this as a warning – a public service announcement and a public security statement. What some U.S.-based surveillancers do is insidious, and it is important that people – especially other targeted individuals – understand their tactics.
They groom people. They make targeted individuals feel special. They want you to feel chosen, important, set apart. And then, in certain circumstances, they hope you will follow their commands.
This is not speculation. This is what they have tried to do to me.
How the Grooming Works
These operators are highly manipulative. They can love-bomb you – shower you with false kindness, warmth, and charm. They can trick you into feeling like you have joined an exclusive club, that you are exceptional.
The truly disturbing part is that they may encourage people to mate and have children – deceiving their partners, who may never know the truth. These operators can integrate into normal society while hiding their true nature. They can raise children without the child, the extended family, or anyone else knowing that the parents are complicit in this unlawfulness.
They wanted me to feel special. They wanted me to be groomed. They wanted me to commit acts that violate natural law, listen to commands that contradict the teachings of Jesus Christ, have children for them to exploit, harm those children, and eventually worship powers opposed to God.
It is deeply insidious.
A Shift in Targeting – From the Vulnerable to the Ordinary
Historically, based on targeted individual literature and DARPA-related documents, this type of technology and abuse focused on homeless people or the extremely vulnerable – those who would not be believed or missed.
But now, they are testing new waters. They are trying to recruit normal civilians like me – the educated class, the middle class, and potentially even elites and people of influence.
They want to make educated elites, middle-class people, and ordinary civilians feel exceptional or special. They want us to help them – to follow their commands, live well, behave well in society. They want to see if they can integrate their lawlessness and surveillance of normal civilians while continuing their harmful practices – all while people like me and others carry on with our daily lives.
What is especially troubling is the idea that some of them have encouraged me to mate and have children. I will absolutely not do that. It is as if they are testing whether they can surveil people across nations while making their presence known from the very beginning – with targeted individuals fully aware of their serious offenses – yet those targeted individuals might still voluntarily choose childrearing, motherhood, and parenthood.
In my honest opinion, that is deeply wrong. I choose Jesus Christ and God.
Given that they sometimes try to make me afflicted, sick, or traumatized – and encourage me to hurt the people I love – I would not be surprised if they encouraged random targeted individuals to hurt their own children or infants. This is symbolic of sacrifice, given the occult angle of all of this. They choose families not related to them – people of different ethnicities and races – specifically targeting people this insidious way. In my case, because of my Chinese heritage.
I warn people of all nations: do not fall for this type of activity.
Criminal Psychology – Understanding Psychopaths and Antisocial Personality Disorder
To understand what we are dealing with, it is helpful to reference criminal psychology.
People with antisocial personality disorder – commonly called psychopaths or sociopaths – have a documented lack of empathy, remorse, and conscience. Research shows they are often aroused by the fear and suffering of others. They derive a sense of power and excitement from making their victims afraid, from knowing that their victims know exactly who is hurting them.
This is difficult to comprehend, but it is documented in clinical literature.
Some of these surveillancers exhibit similar traits. They find excitement in making me mentally unwell. They are more than happy to project their faces so that I know exactly who they are. It gives them a sense of power.
That is the type of people some of them are. They behave as if they have license to harm others with their technology – targeting people they believe lack God (which is what they are trying to make me become). They try to sow a sense of camaraderie and closeness when they see that I am mentally struggling. They project their faces more often into my mindspace when they see that I am doing badly.
I rebuke all of this in the name of Christ Jesus, amen.
They Initially Tried to Trick Me
Initially, some of these individuals tried to deceive me – pretending to be God's helpers or angels.
That is completely false.
I came to realize that they sometimes allow their faces to be projected more often into my mindspace when I am mentally afflicted by them – or when I am, according to their assessments, struggling more than my normal self. They use their ability to inflict trauma and put me in altered states of mind when perceiving ordinary things.
They tried to convert people to harmful and deviant behaviors. They tried to traumatize me, threatening to hurt me and my mom and other people I love. They sought to do things that would leave us traumatized, depressed, angry, and upset – affecting our appearance, our health, our very sense of self.
I rebuke all of this in the name of Christ Jesus, amen.
When They Afflict You More, They Show Their Faces
When they try to afflict me more negatively – when they aim to make my soul and spirit unwell, to confuse my faith in Jesus Christ, to undermine my mental health – that is when they try to show me their faces.
Their gleeful stares. Their hostile glances. They project their appearance into my mindspace more often.
This is essentially them revealing themselves. These are individuals connected to corporate networks, Freemasonry, and other organizations – people I want no association with, whose full names I do not even know.
They project their images to let me know: these are the perpetrators. The people who are harassing me.
They hope that if I were to end my life in a deeply afflicted state – a state where I am not in my right mind – that is when they can show me their faces. They want me to see these individuals, the people who have been hunting me and so many others without their knowledge.
Criminal Psychology – The Glee and Sadism of Psychopaths
This is basic criminal psychology. Research has documented that criminals, killers, psychopaths, and pedophiles often experience arousal from making their victims see who they are. They need the victims to remember who is hurting them. In the victims' last moments before death – moments they hope will end in damnation – they want the victim to know exactly who did this.
This is the type of evil they are trying to sow in me. And they call it "justice."
They want to post these stories and normalize the true crime genre – to exploit people's curiosity, to desensitize society, to make people not realize how cold and callous this is. They want to obscure the reality that victims are truly in a much better place with God.
I need to document the patterns of these individuals who are harassing me and so many others.
I Am One of Many – But They Made It Obvious to Me
I am one of many people they surveil. But because they made their surveillance obvious to me, I can see their behavior clearly.
They find excitement in making me mentally unwell. They are more than happy to project their faces when I am struggling – so that I know exactly who they are. It gives them a sense of power.
That is the type of people some of them are. They behave as if they have license to harm with their technology toward people they believe lack God – which is what they are trying to make me become. They try to create a sense of closeness when they see that I am mentally struggling. They project their faces more often when I am doing badly.
I will create images of their faces. I already have projected some. I should create more, because I know what many of them look like. They need to be seen. They need to be known. They need to be held accountable.
They Call Me the Enemy – But They Plan to Repent
They call me the enemy. They accuse me of being demonic. And yet they plan on repenting and believing in Jesus Christ themselves – which makes their behavior even more contradictory.
They seem to think they can do all this harm and then simply repent at the end and be saved. But that is not how genuine repentance works. You cannot knowingly and intentionally destroy lives, recruit people into harmful practices, and then say "sorry" and expect to be welcomed into heaven.
That is not the God I know. That is not the Jesus Christ I follow.
A Warning to Other Targeted Individuals
I must tell you, as a public service announcement for other targeted individuals: they are extremely manipulative.
They can love-bomb you. They can treat you with false kindness. They can try to trick you into joining their club and feeling special.
Do not fall for it. Do not let them make you feel special. Do not let them groom you.
They wanted me to feel so special that I would willingly do harmful things, listen to their commands, have children for them to exploit, harm those children, and worship powers opposed to God.
I did not. I will not. And neither should you.
Technology Beyond English – A Warning to All Nations
Their technology includes sophisticated machine learning and AI algorithms that can translate languages in real time. They can speak in different languages and extract information from different languages. This is way beyond English. They could target people across nations of different races.
I am warning you in this post about what some of the worst individuals within this network would hope to achieve. Be aware. Be careful.
A Hopeful Ending – Choose Life, Choose Nature, Choose God
I want to end this post with hope, not fear.
Please, do not spend too much time consuming troubling criminal stories. Do not let morbid curiosity consume you. Instead, spend more time outdoors. Play sports. Garden. Spend time with the people you love – your family, your friends. Spend time with animals. Spend time in nature. Be healthy. Be God-abiding. Be God-loving.
Pray that you find the right path through Jesus Christ. Do not spend time with occult people or with those who dabble in darkness.
I rebuke their curses and wickedness in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
A Final Warning About the Internet
I honestly believe the internet and social media are dangerously unmoderated. There is so much unnecessary and toxic content that exploits people's natural curiosity, morbid curiosity, and desire for stimulation and surprise.
This is nobody's fault. This is how many human brains are wired. But it is deeply concerning that some people behind this technology know exactly what they are doing. They know it is harmful, and yet they continue.
This is not everybody. But it is some of them. And it seems obvious that even within surveillance networks, some are pleased that generations of people and many great societies are influenced by this type of toxic internet culture.
It is my great desire and wish to have technology be more moderated. I want people who are good, soulful, moral, righteous, God-fearing, God-loving, and humanity-loving to truly moderate this technology.
I do love humanity. I want people to be saved and have goodness, love, and salvation through Jesus Christ. It is my prayer that people would band together to make the internet a safer place – that youth would be protected and safe and not tarnished by technology.
Keep your eyes off of evil. Produce good things, not bad things. I pray that more people can get off of harmful internet areas and see more good news and content – content that builds them up and strengthens them, versus the scary things that the algorithm sometimes pushes out.
We need to hold people accountable. I pray that people can repent of uncarefully browsing the internet, of being mind-washed by troubling social media influencers – and replace that with love, repentance, grace, and goodness.

Final Prayer and Rebuke
I rebuke all sources of evil curses, wickedness, and evil intent in the name of Christ Jesus. Amen.
I bless everybody with soundness of mind, grace from God Jesus Christ, friendship, and love. I pray that you are saved and go to heaven. I pray that your soul is saved without being influenced by any demonic presence, curse, or witchcraft.
I pray that you are lawful, good people who mourn and love and protect – who use technology responsibly to reduce criminality and lawlessness, and who encourage faith in Jesus Christ.
I pray that people can repent of their sins – of uncarefully browsing the internet, of being influenced by troubling social media voices – and replace that darkness with love, repentance, grace, and goodness.
In the name of Christ Jesus. Amen.
I pray that God, Heavenly Father, blesses, protects, and keeps you. May all wickedness and plans against you not succeed and be rebuked in the name of Jesus Christ. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
