Updated Letter of Attention: War on Consciousness, Non‑Consensual Harassment & USA‑Based Ritual Abuse, Direct Energy Weapons, and My Christian Faith

 

Brief Introduction

My name is Ana (alias). I am a Canadian citizen of Chinese heritage, in my mid‑twenties. I am a Christian. Since around 2021, I have been experiencing what is often called being a "targeted individual" – persistent surveillance, harassment, and technological interference.

The Alleged Network Behind It (Based on My Perception)

Much of this is based on my direct experiences and what I have perceived. I believe the targeting comes from a well‑connected, US‑based network that appears to include people from major corporations, elite societies like Freemasonry, military or intelligence factions, research institutions, and even some connected to Scientology. The harassment started around the COVID‑19 pandemic, accelerated during my graduate studies in New York City (autumn 2022 – spring 2024), and continues now in Quebec. I have seen some of these people in person in NYC and a few times in Montreal. They appear to be primarily based in the USA.

How They Operate (As Alleged by Their Statements and My Observations)

Some of them coordinate what is called "gang stalking" – organized harassment. Many appear to be funded by elite US corporations. They seem to enjoy power, unlawful surveillance, and collecting biometric data and intelligence. Some claim to be Christians, yet they use their technologies to collect unlawful biometric data, conduct unethical experiments, and engage in psychological manipulation. Many show what I perceive as racism and elitism, and some openly adhere to extremist rhetoric. Even they themselves admit that what they are doing resembles a 21st‑century war crime – a war on consciousness, "thought crime" (George Orwell's *1984*), a war on identity, a war on religion and faith.

They also appear to record their unlawful actions, including me as a target – they make it clear that they document what they do to me, seemingly to make me feel infuriated, isolated, and unrelatable. One of their deliberate goals seems to be to make me appear mentally unstable or unreliable, reducing my social credibility.

Medical and Scientific Context

I have seen psychiatrists and had CT scans – all normal. This is not, in my understanding, schizophrenia or fantasy. The V2K voices I experience are external, distinct, and not my thoughts. I respect science and the scientific method, but my faith in Jesus Christ goes beyond material explanations. I also respect mental health care, but heavy medication when there is no underlying psychosis can cause unpredictable or serious problems. I welcome support from psychotherapists, counsellors, medical imaging experts, pastors, and psychiatrists who listen without automatically assuming delusion.

The U.S. government itself has investigated suspected directed‑energy attacks against its own personnel – the so‑called "Havana Syndrome" cases. Victims reported hearing a loud, piercing sound, feeling intense head pressure, and developing long‑term symptoms like severe headaches, brain fog, memory loss, and balance issues. This is not science fiction; it is a matter of active investigation.

What I Experience (With Peer‑Reviewed Backing)

  • V2K (voice‑to‑skull) – auditory communication with no external source. Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) – non‑consensual microwave or radio‑frequency effects on my body and mind. Both are documented technologies (Frey 1962; Lin 2002; Davison 2009).

  • Alleged non‑consensual ritual abuse using themes from ancient practices, as well as conditioning techniques. They use ritualistic elements – including simulated violence and other disturbing content – to terrorize and break down my sense of safety. I mention this not to be graphic, but because it is part of what I need to document.

  • Attempts at conditioning – they try to retrain my perception so that innocent, neutral, or even good things seem wrong or shameful. This includes my Christian faith (trying to make me non‑Christian), my life habits, and other areas.

  • False claims that I am "a god" or an extension of the people doing this. I am not a god. I am a human being who needs repentance and salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

  • Some of the people behind this sometimes attempt to take credit for my healing – which I believe comes from my faith in Jesus Christ – and for my critical thinking – which comes from God, my own education, and life experiences. They also try to pretend I am part of them. That is not true.

  • Their stated aims (as they tell me) – to induce mental distress, spiritual oppression, and even physical harm, targeted toward me or my mom.

  • Cyclical identity erosion – they appear to wear down my sense of self through episodic abuse, hoping to make me more susceptible to mental illness or negative influence. Some of them identify in harmful ways, and they attempt to normalize these behaviors toward me.

On Projected Imagery and False Accusations

In addition to the experiences described above, those involved also project degrading imagery into my mind – specifically, images of male figures engaged in harmful behaviors. This is deeply insulting not only to me but to my existence, my mother's existence, and to humanity in general. It is a violation of basic dignity.

They accuse me of nagging and of enjoying their presence. This is completely false. When they say this, it causes me visceral distress – a reaction I cannot fully describe, but it is real and deeply unpleasant. They also try to provoke me by making offensive remarks about my father – suggesting things about him that are untrue and deeply disrespectful. They attempt to turn me against my mother, encouraging harmful thoughts about her, and trying to make me angry when I consider the difficult circumstances she may be facing.

I want to be clear: these individuals do not represent America as a country. They are powerful, worldly secret societies within American elites – people in research institutions, Scientology, various cults, and those who exploit Christianity for their own purposes. Their behavior, in my experience, creates a genuine sense of distress. But God is my witness, my Lord, and my Saviour. He blesses me enough to write in good faith and honesty about what I know of them, so that others may understand that people like this exist and have the power and wealth to do what they do.

Beyond all of this, they hope to discredit me – to make me appear angry, unstable, unattractive, and unlikeable. They want fewer people to take my words seriously. They try to paint me as someone who is secretly jealous of more successful and worldly people. This is a complete lie.

My Response in Jesus' Name

I completely reject and speak against all of these things they do in the name of Jesus Christ, amen. I speak against their harmful intentions in my life and that of others' lives in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Their Geopolitical Interpretations and Plans (As Perceived)

From what they say, some of them see themselves as divinely ordained to "liberate" the Middle East through war (currently Iran) and bring Christianity – while also profiting from military stock shorting and weapons production. They view life as a game, care about money, and chant about "sowing a war," Armageddon, and sacrifices. They try to influence global economics in ways that would harm nations like China and the Middle East, making civilian lives more difficult.

I am not against the USA or its people. Americans are mostly good people, like anywhere else. But there is a need to call out confusion sown by certain elites.

They have accused me of being demonic, a witch, and other false labels. I do not deny Jesus Christ; I proclaim Him as Lord. Their primary issue, as I see it, appears to be pride (Proverbs 6:16‑19). I believe Donald Trump does not properly represent Jesus Christ; exploiting Christianity for war is harmful, even if it is motivated by end‑times biblical prophecies.

Historical Confirmation of Similar Programs

  • MKUltra (CIA, 1953‑1964) – drugs, hypnosis, psychological torture on unwitting civilians. Real.

  • Project Monarch – described as a trauma‑based mind control program using ritual abuse to fragment identity. Alleged by survivors. Some of what I experience feels similar to survivors' accounts. I reject that completely. I remain in Christ.

  • Stargate remote viewing – CIA program declassified in 2017, using extrasensory perception for intelligence.

  • Havana Syndrome – over 65 victims believe they were targeted by DEW; U.S. government has investigated.

  • Pentagon investigated suspected DEW attacks on U.S. troops in Syria (2021).

  • CBS News 60 Minutes (March 2026) – U.S. acquired a DEW from a criminal network, testing on animals.

  • Declassified CIA documents show the military studied the "Gateway Process" (consciousness alteration) and astral projection.

Their Surveillance and Exploitation Goes Beyond Me

They claim to target my parents, my friends, and others in my life – cross‑border, including my family in China. They allege human trafficking and criminal behaviors involving occult and ritual abuse. I have no physical evidence, only what they tell me, but I cannot pretend I never heard it.

What Would Help Me

  • Pastoral support from clergy or Christian counsellors who are trauma‑informed and open to the possibility that Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) and Voice‑2‑Skull (V2K) are real.

  • Continued attention from human rights bodies and law enforcement.

  • Recognition of targeted individuals as a phenomenon.

  • Just knowing that I am not alone in this exceptional circumstance.

A Staged Death, Mockery, and Why I Still Speak Honestly

When their initial plans did not work – when they realized I was not as superficial or easily impressed by their version of society – they changed their approach.
