Summary of the Concerns

Since approximately 2020, I have been the target of a sustained harassment and surveillance campaign by a US‑based network. Perpetrators use directed energy weapons, voice‑to‑skull (V2K) projection, image and dream manipulation, and remote physical sensation induction. The harassment has followed me across Canada, the United States, and China.

The surveillance operators indicate they are purposely trying to make me appear unstable or harmful by compiling recordings of my most distressed moments. They do this to justify their behavior toward me. During COVID‑19 and my initial year in New York City, I was mentally unwell after self‑isolating for several years. This mental unwellness may have also been influenced by their presence without my knowledge.

I know this is difficult to share. I know it could invite criticism and retaliation, which could negatively affect me and my parents. However, there are many victims beyond me, my family, and my friends. I still send this out because victims and targets always need a voice.

My parents know my situation and are concerned about me being so public about this, fearing retaliation, lack of belief, and people thinking I am unwell. But while there is still time, I share my testimony and remind people to have faith, goodness, and belief in others.

Core Statement of Facts

I am still a Christian. My faith in Jesus Christ remains intact despite everything done to me. This is another reason they target me more—they are frustrated that I am a Christian and that I have survived and healed thus far, attending church, going to school, and living my life.

For the record: I do not create the disturbing imagery that is forced upon me. The operators force these scenarios onto me. They imply they have created images of me and people in my life to share within their network. They treat this as an exercise of power.

Not all involved are equally responsible. Some claim to believe this persecution is deserved—as if I am being punished within their network. Their conduct involves unethical data collection and psychological pressure.

This is a new type of concern regarding the abuse of power using advanced technology. Both they and I believe there will be consequences for these actions.

Many among them have indicated to me that they engage in harmful practices. They do these things to me and imply they do them to others. This is a grave abuse of power: psychological and spiritual manipulation.

Based on my history growing up until now, I have never done to anyone what they do to me—online or offline. Yet they call me a liar and claim I deserve their treatment.

On Consciousness Warfare

This group intentionally tries to implant disturbing thoughts in my mind. They then pretend to be an extension of me—even though they are living, breathing human beings with their own separate consciousness. They do this from positions of power within the United States.

This causes me to feel guilt by association for what they do. They are people with resources and technology doing this to random civilians, involving rituals and harmful practices.

Additionally, they are attempting to provoke me into self‑harm through their psychological and spiritual pressure. This is especially distressing as a Christian. I want to live a righteous life. They do this specifically to distress me.

Why They Are Not Bombarding Me With Excessive Abuse

They are still keeping me alive and not bombarding me with excessive abuse for the following reasons:

  1. They see me as a subject of study. They are observing how I respond to their tactics over time.

  2. Fear of consequences. They may fear that going too far would bring judgment.

  3. They hope I will be seen as unstable. They are collecting data on my behavior when I act in ways that are not Christ‑like, hoping to invalidate my credibility.

  4. They hope to influence my faith. They are trying to slowly influence my personality to exhibit traits not Christ‑like, attempting to manipulate my mind regarding Jesus Christ.

I still say I am a true Christian. To repent of sins and to believe in Jesus Christ is truth.

Political and Geopolitical Dimensions – A Propaganda Symbol

I have come to understand that they are trying to turn my suffering into a political symbol—representing what they hope would happen to other nations, particularly Asia and China, given my Chinese heritage. This is greatly concerning.

They have indicated they can perform these harmful rituals on me while I was in China visiting my family. This suggests they may be doing this to other civilians throughout the world.

I am deeply concerned they could potentially be targeting people in positions of power and policy‑making in different nations. Their goal appears to be creating chaos and instability.

This is not only my personal suffering. This is a warning.

Final Personal Statement

I am a sinner and a normal person, not much better than the average individual. But I am also a victim of this abuse, calling this out in earnestness and truth as a Christian. I have not done the things they force into my mind and then accuse me of enjoying.

I reject their lies. I belong to Jesus Christ. I will not be silent.
