Many of those involved have attempted to make me doubt my own memories and perceptions. This is a documented manipulation tactic.
If it were not for my faith in Jesus Christ, I would have been worn down long ago. I can attest in good faith that I am not exaggerating what I have experienced.
From a Christian perspective, God is about mercy, repentance, and forgiveness. I still pray for those who harm me. I truly do.
But some of these individuals seem determined to see me and the people I love brought to harm. That is not justice. That is not what I understand from the Christian faith.
So I call out their presence and their intentions. Not out of hatred – out of truth.
Only God judges me and my family. In the meantime, what they do is not rooted in mercy, forgiveness, or love.
I still pray for them. But the harm still needs to be documented.

SECTION 9: ADDITIONAL STATEMENT
On Not Reaching Out to Law Enforcement Sooner
I need to address why I have not been more adamant about reaching out to law enforcement sooner. The perpetrators were trying to make me believe false accusations about myself. I greatly apologize for any delay.
They were trying to get me discredited and blacklisted. Throughout all of this, I have been keeping this secret due to shame, stigma, and fear of being written off as mentally unwell.
A Formal Apology to Those in My Life
I need to officially apologize that I did not tell the people around me what I have been going through. Allegedly, they tell me that they specifically target people in my life to make me feel complicit. Whether it's the psychological torment of what they intentionally induce, or their actual lawlessness that makes so so callous, they clearly know. So I apologize for not being frank with people in my life about the extent of this situation, my experiences and what I know.
On False Accusations and Racist Mockery
They have made false accusations and used racist rhetoric against me. This is what they literally say in mocking tones.
On the "Deal with the Devil" Accusation
These days they say I am making a deal with the devil for fame. This is a lie. If I did not start exposing this, they would continue their harmful practices. So I had no choice but to make this statement.
On Fame, Criticism, and Normalcy
I do not want any "fame" from this. I still hope to have peace and a normal life: to continue my research, to live as a law-abiding citizen, to have my friends and parents supporting me, and to go to my local church.
I also needed to reach out to law authorities because the surveillers taunt me and imply they have many people in my life involved. This is a call for investigation and acknowledgment of the Targeted Individual phenomenon.
A Note on Those Unaware in My Life
Many of them do not know they are unwilling victims. I document this in good faith and hope that experts will see that I am trying to do the right thing.

II. On Their Manipulation Tactics – A Note to Other Survivors
It is necessary to document the manipulative behaviors of these operators.
These individuals use technology to induce unwanted physical sensations and intrusive thoughts. If I maintain the capacity to be healthy and live normally, they weaponize this against me. They reframe my continued functioning as complicity.
This is a deliberate strategy. I will not alter my daily habits simply because these individuals accuse me of being complicit.
III. A Clear Statement – I Will Never Be One of Them
They believe that because I continue to live normally, I must be complicit. This is delusional. Living is not consent. It is not complicity.
I am not one of them. I do not do what they do. My survival is proof of their failure. That is not complicity. That is resistance.

This represents a new category of abuse – technologically amplified victim-blaming. These individuals remain unwilling to acknowledge their actions.
