REQUEST: If I Stop Posting – Instructions for Investigators

 

I don't know what will happen. But if something does happen to me, please do not dismiss my death as mental illness or simple passing.

I am a targeted individual.

I have provided what I believe to be relevant information about what I have experienced. There are many others still being monitored, exploited, or harmed by these operators—even without their own knowledge.

What I Need You to Understand and Act On

1. Do not normalize harmful behavior or dismiss targeted individuals, just because the mainstream dismiss them as delusional or people with mental illnesses. 

2. Some of these surveillers operate like cults. They engage in harmful practices while calling themselves Christians. That is dishonest. That is not what God wants. Do not take the Lord's name in vain.

3. Investigate properly. Do not let law enforcement or the media close the case as "psychiatric." I have made prior reports to intelligence agencies, national and local law enforcement, and human rights institutions.

My Formal Request to Any Investigator, Journalist, Lawyer, or Human Rights Body Who Finds This

I respectfully request that you:

  1. Acknowledge and assess whether the types of activities I have described—including the potential use of advanced or non-conventional technologies and organized forms of coercion against civilians—warrant further investigation and policy attention.

  2. Consider the broader phenomenon often described as "targeted individuals," including concerns regarding the potential use of civilians as unconsenting subjects in forms of technological or psychological harm.

  3. Issue, where appropriate, a statement or guidance affirming that any use of civilians in non-consensual experimentation or technologically enabled harm would constitute a serious violation of human rights and applicable legal protections.

  4. Encourage the development of investigative frameworks within relevant law enforcement and oversight bodies for addressing allegations involving emerging technologies, including remote interference, surveillance, or other forms of technologically mediated harassment.

  5. Ensure that this report is formally recorded and, where appropriate, shared with relevant oversight, intelligence, or policy institutions to support ongoing evaluation of technology-related risks to civilians.

Additional Context

I have already reported this to intelligence agencies, national and local law enforcement, and human rights institutions. I am asking you to take it the rest of the way.

Do not take my experience in vain.

A Staged Death, Mockery, and Why I Still Speak Honestly

When their initial plans did not work – when they realized I was not as superficial or easily impressed by their version of society – they changed their approach.
