This report addresses the activities of certain individuals operating within what I have experienced as a US-based surveillance network. These individuals are connected to various institutions including universities, research facilities, military and Pentagon operations, elite families, corporations, Scientology, and Freemasonry. I am reporting on specific individuals within this network — not every person in these institutions.

I admire many aspects of the American people and its nation. Truth be told, I do not think about America very much in my daily life. These individuals project narratives onto me as part of their manipulation tactics. They are not representative of their nation or their people.

How They Control What You Feel

These individuals have the ability to control the signals they send through their technology. They do not allow me to feel the full extent of what they experience on their side. They control the intensity, the duration, and the nature of the physical and psychological sensations they transmit.

What they do instead is taunt me. They make it known that they feel the full extent of their own actions. They experience arousal, excitement, satisfaction, and other responses. Then they lie and say that I am complicit — that I am fine with what they are doing, that I secretly approve, that I am asking for it.

The False Choice They Present

They present a false choice. Either I am too suicidal and depressed to function because of the evil things they imply they do to me, or I commit suicide or become tragic. These are the only outcomes they are willing to accept. They refuse to allow that I can simply endure, that I can continue living my life, that I can maintain my faith and my sanity despite their actions.

I refuse to allow what they imply they do with their technology to ruin my life. I do not even know these people individually in real life. They seem to make it seem as if we are complicit simply because we do not feel the full extent of the gross physiological sensations and things they feel from their side. Because we do not experience what they experience, they claim that we approve. Because we do not break, they claim that we consent.

This is subtle manipulation. It is designed to make us feel as if they are superior, as if we are no better than them, as if we would do what they do if we could and get away with it. This is the lie they tell themselves.

In describing how they operate, I need to be specific about their tactics. They manipulate your sensory sensations and your physiology. On their side, there are individuals engaging in these harmful activities. They hope that by creating these sensations and voices, you will believe that you are asking for them to do this. They would then enable it further, using your supposed "consent" as justification to intensify the abuse.

This is based on wild, disgusting lies. They try to convince themselves that you are asking for these things. They know that this is disgusting and abnormal. They know that nobody should have this done to them. They know that it is not justice.

These are falsehoods. I never signed up for this at all. I cannot name one single person involved in this network because that is how far they are from me. That is how much I am a stranger to them in actual reality.

Part Three: The No-Win Situation They Create

Lab Rat or Spoiled Specimen

They also try to say that I am helping them develop their technology as a lab rat. They mock me for this. Then they hope that I will spoil myself — my health, my spiritual health — so that they cannot use me as a lab rat to calibrate and improve their technology.

This is a no-win situation they try to pit me toward. If I am healthy and stable, they use me for research. If I deteriorate, they discard me as spoiled. Either way, they claim justification.

Revealing Their Crimes Through Faith and Lawful Living

Beyond this unethical experiment, they also curse toward calamity and war. So me being here — revealing their crimes, maintaining my faith in Jesus Christ, refraining from the sinful things they do — is an act of resistance.

I am not engaging in sinful behaviors. I am not dating, mating, or having children. I remain celibate. I go to church and worship Jesus Christ. I follow Jesus Christ's ways. I teach the correct Gospel. I respect others and am decent and kind to others in society.

These actions show that I am objectively not being influenced by them, regardless of how they try to turn the narrative to make it seem as if I am the evil things they accuse me of, or as if I am part of their cult. That is impossible given the fact that they do not even let me know their real names. They only project faces if they think they have made me mentally ill enough to accept their projections.

Either You Break or You Are Complicit

The rhetoric they present is consistent: either you commit suicide or you have to endure this disgusting rhetoric 24/7. There is no third option in their framing. If you do not kill yourself, you must be complicit. If you do not break, you must approve.

This is a lie. I never signed up for this. I did not choose this. I am a stranger to them. They are strangers to me. I cannot name one person in this network. They exist as a faceless, nameless entity performing harmful actions from a distance.
