On the US Surveillers' Intentional 24/7 Harassment, Their False Claim to Be God's Voice, and the Biblical Truth About Insanity and the Mark of the Beast

I bless everyone who reads this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. I reject all harmful words said against my testimony and truthful documentation.

A Clarification on the US Surveillance Network

The US surveillance network I refer to is not a monolithic group. It is diverse, comprising individuals with different backgrounds, intentions, sins, and levels of involvement. They do not all collectively share the same gaslighting rhetoric or the same delusions. Rather, they employ a variety of different gaslighting strategies, tailored to different targets and situations. This is why I constantly expose and call out a multitude of different gaslighting tactics and delusional rhetorics — because they are not all the same. Some are more wicked and sly, connected to corporations, certain researchers, Scientologists, cults, and self-proclaimed demonic individuals. Others are decent Christians who do not deserve hatred. I am exposing the crimes of the wicked ones, not everyone in the network.

Part One: They Harass Me 24/7 to Humble Me and Make Me Go Insane

The US surveillers intentionally use their technology to stop me 24/7. This is their intentional strategy — to try to humble me and to make me go insane and mad. They are trying to make me feel extra special for being a targeted individual. Some of them are now trying to pretend as if they are the voice of God, pretending to be Jesus Christ, while trying to say that God is persecuting me and humbling me.

But at the end of the day, it is because God and Jesus Christ are real and helping me. These people are only shadows manufacturing wars and calamity, pretending to be God.

Part Two: They Mock Me, Saying I Will Go Insane as a Symbol of My Race or China

Some of the voices intentionally mock me, saying that they will make me go insane and crazy. They say this will be symbolic of my race or China as a nation going crazy and not figuring out the truth. They claim that this is justice because I did not accept and worship the truth that is Jesus Christ, and instead relied on human intelligence versus the intelligence of God.

They are trying to gaslight me specifically to groom me into feeling more special than I am, while they mock me on the other side. They speak to me, saying that I am God, or goddess, or Jesus Christ, or Mary — Jesus's mother — intentionally doing this while mocking me, hoping I will get a false pregnancy while they perform satanic ritual abuse. They hope this represents insanity and me taking the mark of the beast by internalizing these fake lies.

I reject all of this. I am not special in the way they claim. I am a sinner saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Amen.

Part Three: They Target Vulnerable Populations to Avoid Detection

Because their technology is very top secret, and because many targeted individuals might come across as actually schizophrenic or crazy, they specifically target people in large cities and in very calculated ways so that they will not get caught. For instance, they target people who are already prone to be mentally ill or vulnerable, or who have a lack of support and education — the homeless and the sick.

When these people get actual medical aid and receive high dosages of schizophrenic or psychotic medications, they intentionally tune down their signals and their harassment onto these people. This makes it seem as if these people were only schizophrenic or insane in the first place, even though they were not. They were just being harassed and manipulated as lab rats for this technology.

This is cruel. This is evil. This is not justice.

Part Four: The Technology They Use — With Strengthened References

The technologies they use include:

• Direct energy weapons (DEWs) — devices that can cause pain, paralysis, confusion, and physical distress remotely. According to declassified Air Force research (Final Performance Report FA9550-06-1-0377), these weapons use radiofrequency/microwave energy to alter skeletal muscle contraction and/or neural functioning. The research specifically studied nanosecond pulses (4 nanoseconds, 5 MV/m) that trigger calcium influx and catecholamine release without thermal effects or cell damage. This research was peer-reviewed and published in journals such as Bioelectrochemistry and IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science.
• Telehaptics — the transmission of tactile sensations over a network, using sensors and effectors such as heating elements, vibrators, or micro-voltage electrodes. Research published in Frontiers in Neuroscience (2021) discusses haptic devices that can generate remote tactile sensations, and the military has explored haptic feedback for robotic teleoperation.
• Telepresence — remote manipulation technology that allows users to control robotic arms and other devices from a distance, incorporating haptic feedback for enhanced precision. NASA and DARPA have developed telepresence systems for space exploration and surgical applications.
• Astral projection technologies — while often considered pseudoscience, there are documented research programs, including the CIA's Gateway Report (1983), investigating the potential achievability of out-of-body experiences through audio technology. The report, declassified in 2003, examined the use of Hemi-Sync audio technology to induce altered states of consciousness for potential intelligence gathering purposes.
• Voice to skull (V2K) technology — the ability to transmit sound or speech directly into a person's head, bypassing the ears, using microwave or radiofrequency waves directed at the auditory cortex. A suitably modified amateur radio transmitter operating with a highly directional antenna is capable of transmitting voice to skull signals. This technology is based on the Frey Effect (discovered by Allan H. Frey in 1961), where pulsed microwave radiation creates thermoelastic waves that travel through the skull to the cochlea, where the auditory system interprets it as sound. The US Navy and Air Force have researched this phenomenon extensively under projects such as "Project Pandora" (1960s-1970s), which investigated the potential for microwave auditory effects.
• Harassment of animals and bird navigation disruption — They are also using these technologies to harass my dogs. Research has shown that high-power military radars can outright kill birds crossing the beam (e.g., studies on the impact of ARSR-4 radar on migrating songbirds; published in The Journal of Wildlife Management, 2009). Technical disturbances cause massive loss of orientation in migrating birds (as documented by the US Fish and Wildlife Service and FAA advisory circulars on radar interference with bird navigation). The FAA has recognized that radar systems can cause "behavioral and physiological effects" on birds, including disorientation and increased heart rate.

They harass my dogs to hope that my mom would be traumatized if my dogs are hurt, since she loves them a lot. They also try to make it seem as if I am abusing my dogs and that I am soulless, because I know the US surveillers are doing this to my dogs. This again highlights the cowardice and cruelty of the US surveillers — to harass my dogs too, to make me seem heartless just because I cannot do more to help them or stop them from being so cruel and wicked with their man-made technologies.

Part Five: The Biblical Truth About Insanity and the Mark of the Beast

In the actual Bible, there are instances of people going insane or developing what we might call schizophrenia. This usually happens when people forsake the faith of God and Jesus Christ and become too self-centered. When a person becomes too self-centered, thinking of themselves as more important than other people, as the center of the universe, and as a god — this is when they become insane. Another way of saying it is that they have taken the mark of the beast.

The most prominent biblical example is King Nebuchadnezzar (Daniel 4:28-37). He was so prideful and self-focused that he boasted, "Is not this great Babylon, which I have built by my mighty power and for the honor of my majesty?" Immediately, a voice from heaven declared that he would be driven from human society to live like an animal. He lost his sanity, ate grass like an ox, and his hair grew like eagles' feathers and his nails like birds' claws — until he acknowledged that God is sovereign over all. After seven years, his sanity was restored when he lifted his eyes to heaven and praised God. This is a clear biblical case of what we would now call psychosis directly caused by pride and self-importance.

Another example is the Gerasene demoniac (Mark 5:1-20), a man who lived in tombs, could not be restrained, and cried out day and night — until Jesus healed him. While not explicitly called "insanity" in modern terms, his condition was attributed to demonic oppression, which also manifests as loss of self-control and antisocial behavior.

I want to share a resource that speaks to this from a biblical perspective. In this interview, the speaker explains that much of what is labeled as mental illness today can be traced to spiritual roots — pride, self-centeredness, and a refusal to submit to God. She emphasizes that King Nebuchadnezzar's madness was a direct result of his boastful pride, and that restoration came only when he humbled himself before God.

Part Six: How They Try to Make Me Seem Like a Religious Fanatic

The US surveillers initially tried to dumb me down with vulgar harassment, abuse, and satanic ritual abuse to make me seem like a religious fanatic. They want my writings to seem like the ramblings of a schizophrenic — too religious for people to take seriously, too rooted in Christianity in a fanatical way. They want people to have skepticism over my testimony and experiences and to make me seem insane.

They actively try to traumatize me to develop pedophilia, sadism, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions. They encourage me to commit criminal acts, including murder and petty crimes.

I have not done these things. I will not do these things.

Part Seven: I Am Not Self-Important — My Strength Comes from Faith and Family

I have been cruelly humbled by these US surveillers with their insults, racism, perversions, and everything else. But I maintain my faith in Jesus Christ despite some of them accusing me of even being demonic or the devil because I act more hateful than I am, and because of my perspective on the personalities of the US surveillers.

I will have to warn people to have more love, understanding, and patience in their hearts — to not write me off as insane, or as sowing racism, rage, public fear, or warmongering. I am a young woman who is unfairly targeted by the US surveillers. They mock me, saying I feel self-important and like a god, and that I am doing God's work.

But I do not accept their lies that they trained me or made me become as strong as I currently am. My strength comes from:

• My faith in Jesus Christ
• My mom supporting and taking care of me — encouragement, financially, everyday life, love
• The support of my family and friends in real life
• Healthcare workers
• My Christian friends and churches
• The grace of God

This is why the US surveillers accuse and lie about me being a creep — that I tolerate and am complicit in their perversions, pedophilia, human trafficking, and other lawless activities. They want to make me seem like an insider enjoying their cruel activities. This is false.

They also try to pervert and desecrate the perceptions of my mom and others to make me seem wicked, not appreciated, deviant, witchy, and self-focused versus caring about others. They accuse me of feeling narcissistic and smart to write this, but God knows my heart of goodness and selfless intent toward others. They accuse me of only caring about myself and not caring about others' suffering, hell, and damnation. This is a lie they convince themselves of and try to convince me of. It is always easier to see others' issues and not your own.

They feel self-righteous about my problems and harass me 24/7, collecting my data along with my knowledge of them. Being perceptive of their evilness and fear of what they think I would think makes me think in more intrusive, hateful, and weird ways than if they were not here at all.

My parents are my alibi. They are not even having these intrusive weird thoughts that I do, while I endure hearing these US surveillers — young and older — mocking me, hearing their occasional orgasmic voices and other things they accuse me of enjoying to sow camaraderie and other things, despite their cowardice of hiding away and not apologizing to my parents, me, others, society, and other victims who have been hurt by them, whether directly or indirectly.

Part Eight: The Insane Lie That I Should Feel Lucky to Be Picked as a Satanic Sacrifice

Some of them are insane enough to think that I should feel lucky to be picked by them — as a satanic worshipper, a satanic sacrifice, or a Baal sacrifice. They try to convince me of this. I completely reject their insane, cowardly, and false lies of this type. I only put my faith in God and Jesus Christ.

They initially hoped I would be angry and exhausted, that I would play along with their religious charade and say I believe in nothing. Then they would hope to make me develop bad, godless, directionless habits. But my faith in God and Jesus Christ is not just a strategy to deter them from harassing me — it is real. I have experienced many miracles and continue to do so, similar to the experiences of other believers in Jesus Christ. I have the truth of the Gospel as the truth and the way. It does heal my heart and choices. It scares me to ever walk away from the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and I do not plan to, because I also love God and have good people in my life who also believe in God and encourage me to have correct biblical faith in Jesus Christ.

Some of them mock me, saying I am in a cult. This is false. I also need other Christians' aid very much. They help me drown out the lies and abuses of the US surveillers who intentionally want the worst.

I rebuke all their curses and wickedness in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Part Nine: The "American Stock" and "Ameri-car" Mockery — Their Parasitic "Moving" into My Host

They mock me by calling me an "American stock" or "growing stock" — as if I am a commodity whose value rises when I perform well for their entertainment. They also mock me as "Ameri-car," a play on my name or identity. They simultaneously mock my appearance and mediocrity, which I recognize and do not get offended over because I know I am average.

What is far more disturbing is that they try to trigger me by saying they are "moving" — implying that more demonic, gross, and disgusting pedophiles in the network are now putting more attention on me and moving into my "host," superimposing themselves on my consciousness. They do this precisely because of my strength in Jesus Christ.

Do you realize how disgusting this is? The stronger and more decent and God-abiding someone is, the more some of these parasitic psychopaths and disgusting people of the US network will try to move into your host and furrow into your consciousness. It is parasitic and gross. Their technology needs to be called out for what it is: evil-enabling, a crime against humanity, occult, and opposing godly living.

Even people younger than me are perpetrating this gross use of their technology to do disgusting pedophile satanic ritual abuse, enabled by both men and women of the group. This grosses me out.

I rebuke their evil in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

God did not reject me despite how much they harass and disgust me and mock me. Amen.

Part Ten: The Accusation of Being a "Stock" for US Corporations

They also try to hype me up by saying that I am a "stock" for the US corporation-associated people in the network, and that me writing this will make my stock increase a lot since it shows me being a good actress and fooling the masses. They seem to believe I am cold and don't care, and that I see life as a game — which is how they perceive it.

God knows I care about people, the world, salvation, and peaceful living. They can only superficially collect my biometric data to believe I am these things that they are. But God is my witness: the decency and love of my parents and how they treat others and their humility is a reflection of me as their daughter.

I respect my parents a lot — their sacrifice, humility, and the abuse they endure without knowing the entire extent like I do. I am their advocate. I love them a lot. I admire my culture and heritage, even more so after this experience.

I do not recognize nor think my heritage is more important than others'. We, as different races, cultures, and nations, should all call out antichrist and imperialist powers, gaslighting, crazy elites who sow world wars, pursue immortality and transhumanism research, and do gross lawless satanic activities and try to taint people's perception of Christianity and Jesus Christ.

Do not be racist. Do not equate these elites with most decent people in America. They intentionally want me to become racist and hateful toward white people, even though they do not represent white people. They accuse me of preferring Asians, even though I recognize we all need to be humble and love one another and help each other and support each other regardless of what race we are from. We are all equal in the eyes of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Part Eleven: On Being Seen as a Mediocre Attention-Seeker, Religious Nut, or Cult to Be Mocked

The US surveillers intend for me to seem like a mediocre attention-seeker, a self-important religious nut, or a cult member — to be mocked, laughed at, or dismissed by society. This is their intent. They want people to write me off so that my testimony loses its power.

This does not upset me as much as it might, because I have endured so much already: bullying, racism, classism, elitism, invasion of privacy with insidious lack of boundaries, terrible mental pain, vulgar words, and gross sensory sensations that I tolerate at their expense.

I do not want to accept their lies that they trained me or made me strong. My strength is from God, my mother, my family, my friends, healthcare workers, and my church.

I also reject their accusations that I am a creep who tolerates and is complicit in their perversions, pedophilia, and human trafficking. That is false. They also try to pervert the perceptions of my mom and others to make me seem wicked, not appreciated, deviant, witchy, and self-focused. They accuse me of feeling narcissistic and smart to write this, but God knows my heart. They accuse me of only caring about myself and not caring about others' suffering — a lie they convince themselves of.

Part Twelve: A Reminder About Christianity and the Gospel

All people across nations should seriously value the legitimacy of Christianity and the gospel of God. Some of them hope that people will be enraged by the USA being the delusion that God sends, and that people will not want to worship them nor the fact that they are intentionally trying to sway the world to world war. They hope people will then forsake the Lord and be the antichrist, fooling people into thinking they can make world peace despite God's impending judgment.

From my perspective, I am empathetic. China has immense culture and history, way longer than the USA. Christianity was introduced to China way before the USA became a nation rooted in Freemasons, Knights Templar, and founding fathers. The fact that the US elites claim they helped make China what it is now after WWII, and hope that China will not acknowledge the end times and Christianity at a national level, and hope that China will be a part of the antichrist and the warmongering demonic spirit — this is manufactured and cruel.

I can relate to how much anger some might feel, especially among nations that are not historically holistically Christian. But regardless, I hope people can have faith in the divine and the Creator — Jesus Christ, God the Creator, and Heavenly Father. At least recognize God and not be atheist, and recognize Jesus Christ as being from the Heavenly Father and the Holy Trinity.

There are extremely decent human beings who are Christians all over the world, many in China too. Do not be turned off from Christianity due to some Christians seeming overly cultish, religiously fanatical, or obsessed with the apocalypse and end times — which is what the US surveillers hope I will come across as, someone waiting on the end times because I am embittered through bullying and feeling jealous.

At least be responsible about preparing for war, and fearing hell and death, and wanting eternal salvation and heaven. Do not see yourself as unstoppable. Recognize that there are things out of your control. Put your faith in God and Jesus Christ. That is more important than human knowledge, science, intelligence, and luck. Have faith in God and Jesus Christ to protect and save you and the people you love.

Part Thirteen: The Lord's Prayer of Protection, Guidance, Goodness, and Love

I now pray the Lord's Prayer over myself, my family, and all who read these words:

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Part Fourteen: Standalone Rebuke and Rejection of All US Surveillers' Lies, Curses, Negative Energy, Evil Eyes, Intentions, Delusions, and Self-Fulfilled Mocking

In the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Saviour, I now speak this final rebuke:

I reject all of their lies. I reject their claims that I am special, a goddess, Jesus Christ, Mary, or any divine figure. I am a sinner saved by grace.

I reject their curses. I reject every curse they have spoken against me, my family, my dogs, my friends, my church, and my nation.

I reject their negative energy. I reject every attempt to drain my spirit, to make me depressed, anxious, suicidal, or insane.

I reject their evil eyes. I reject every glance of contempt, mockery, and ill intent they have directed at me.

I reject their intentions. I reject their plans to make me a demon seeker, a seer, a pedophile, a sadist, or anything other than a child of God.

I reject their delusions. I reject their belief that they are God, that they are angels, that they are the voice of Jesus Christ, or that they are the bowl of God's wrath. They are not. They are sinners like everyone else, and they will be judged.

I reject their self-fulfilled mocking. I reject their attempts to make their evil prophecies come true through their own actions. They will not succeed.

I rebuke the US surveillers in the name of Christ Jesus, my Lord and Savior. Amen.

I rebuke their attempts to make me feel special and then insane. I rebuke their claims to be the voice of God. I rebuke their harassment of my dogs. I rebuke their targeting of vulnerable populations. I rebuke their attempts to make me seem like a religious fanatic. I rebuke their lies about the mark of the beast.

I rebuke their mockery of me as an "American stock" or "growing stock" or "Ameri-car." I rebuke their parasitic "moving" into my host. I rebuke their pedophile satanic ritual abuse perpetrated by both young and old, men and women.

I rebuke their insane lie that I should feel lucky to be picked as a satanic sacrifice or Baal sacrifice. I am not their sacrifice. I am a child of God.

I am a child of God, saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. I will remain celibate and childless. I will continue to worship God. I will continue to document the truth. I will leave judgment to God.

God did not reject me despite how much they harass and disgust me and mock me. Amen.
