On Fabricated Content, Induced Sensations, and the Attempt to Destroy Autonomy
Trigger Warning: This post discusses psychological manipulation, induced physical sensations, and the creation of fabricated content involving family members. It is written in clinical terms for documentation purposes.
A Documentation of Tactics
The US surveillance elite operators engage in a pattern of behavior that includes creating fabricated content involving family members, inducing physical sensations designed to affect cognition and consciousness, and attempting to destroy the victim's autonomy through sustained psychological warfare.
Fabricated Content Involving Family Members
The operators create fabricated content involving my mother. They generate audio and visual material designed to be humiliating and to create division. They use this content to try to provoke reactions, to create conflict, and to cause harm to relationships.
This is a documented tactic in organized harassment: creating false material involving a victim's loved ones to destabilize, to isolate, and to create conditions where the victim feels they cannot trust their own family.
I document this not to harm my mother, but to protect her. She is a good woman. She is a kind woman. She has done nothing to deserve this. I bless her. I pray for her protection. And I document what they do so that the truth is known.
Induced Sensations Affecting Cognition
The operators induce physical sensations that affect cognition and consciousness. These sensations have been described in survivor accounts as feeling like a "lobotomy" or "brain rotting", an uncomfortable tingling or numbing in the brain that affects mental clarity, decision-making, and personality.
The goal is to influence the victim's mental state. They want to create confusion, to impair judgment, to make the victim more susceptible to suggestion. They want to create conditions where the victim might act in ways that are out of character, angry, reckless, self-destructive, so that they can point to those actions as evidence of the victim's instability or wickedness.
This is a form of psychological torture. It is designed to break down the victim's sense of self, to make them doubt their own mind, to make them feel that they are losing control.
The Inversion of Good and Bad
The operators try to induce a complete inversion of good versus bad in my mind. They want to create mental health illness. They want to induce schizophrenia. They want to make me doubt what I know to be true.
When I call out the things they do, accurately, completely, they call me a liar. They do this with a sneer, a wicked expression, an evil smile that they can project lightly into my mind space so that I can even see it. They want me to question my own perception of reality. They want me to believe that my accurate documentation of their evil is actually me being delusional.
This is gaslighting. This is how they try to induce mental illness. They take the truth and call it a lie. They take clarity and call it confusion. They take sanity and try to make it feel like madness.
The Logic of Destruction
The operators believe that their technology gives them power. They derive satisfaction from the control it affords them. They feel confident that they can inflict pain, create discomfort, and influence behavior.
Their technology has the capacity to destroy health quickly. There are instances of targeted individual victims passing away under mysterious circumstances. The mocking phrase "Jeffrey didn't kill himself" reflects a reality that such technologies may be responsible for unexplained deaths.
In my case, they already attempted to kill me with their technology. I did not die. Some of them think I was breathed with life and resurrected by God. Others think it is like the Antichrist surviving an assassination and then living. They draw on narratives they know, the assassination attempts on political figures, the conspiracy theories they circulate among themselves.
Their logic is twisted. They believe that because I survived, they have to try a different approach. Instead of destroying me quickly, they try to slowly but surely latch on like parasites to my consciousness. They want to wear me down. They want to break me over time.
The Mockery and Attempt to Humiliate
The operators mock their victims. They call them degrading names. They accuse them of being boring for not doing reckless things. They create parodies, musicals, and other content designed to humiliate.
They claim this is entertainment. They treat the suffering of others as content to be consumed, as amusement to be enjoyed. They take pride in their ability to create these things, to mock, to degrade.
This is not high art. This is cruelty. This is what people do when they have power and no conscience.
The Racist Hypocrisy
Some of these operators are middle-aged white women who claim to be progressive. They claim to be against racism. They claim to care about the oppression that people in their country have historically inflicted.
Yet they call me the most disgusting things. They use slurs. They mock my heritage. They treat me as less than human. They do things to me that I have never done to anyone—white, Asian, or otherwise.
Their hypocrisy is staggering. They claim to stand against oppression while engaging in it. They claim to be anti-racist while using racial slurs. They claim to care about justice while terrorizing a Chinese Canadian woman and her family.
I have never called another woman the things they call me. I have never done to anyone what they do to me. Their accusations are projections of their own evil.
The Attempt to Destroy Autonomy
The operators try to take away autonomy. They want to control thoughts, sensations, decisions, relationships. They want to make the victim feel that they have no say over their own body, their own mind, their own life.
They induce thoughts and then claim those thoughts are the victim's. They induce sensations and then claim those sensations are evidence of the victim's desires. They create conditions of confusion and pain, and then they accuse the victim of being the source.
They could use their V2K technology to destroy health quickly. They have the capacity. There are instances of targeted individuals passing away, of mysterious deaths that suggest such technology may be responsible. But in my case, they already tried to kill me. I did not die.
Now they try a different approach. They try to slowly but surely latch on like parasites to my consciousness. They clearly say good is bad and bad is good. They try to create a world where I cannot trust my own judgment, where I cannot tell right from wrong, where I doubt everything I know.
The "Comfort" of Abusers
When I sometimes lash out at good people in my life, like my mother, they get happy. They get excited. And then they "hug" me with their technology. Also say encouragement in mocking tones, like, you are getting "hao-er" or better. If you knew what "hao" means and my last name, you would realize how cruel this is, if you extrapolate to greater meaning (i.e., referencing to as if I am the inverse of Christ... that my Chinese ancestry's goodness is the antithesis of Jesus Christ's goodness... when I behave in worldly ways, or in demonic ways, they say I am "hao-er."
We are talking about a bunch of cruel, elite US surveillances, some with long-term grudges and these powerful direct energy weapon, astra projection, telehaptics/ telepresence technologies (probably also with intent on increasing scalability of influencing minds and societies), claiming themselves as pedophiles, and "hugging" me as a means of "comfort." They use their technology to induce sensations they call comfort, to simulate affection, to pretend that they are the ones who care for me.
They are trying to groom me. They are trying to create conditions where I associate their abuse with comfort or "nagging," where I turn to them when I am distressed, where I become dependent on them for what they pretend is care. They are trying to create another antichrist, in their minds. They are trying to create the conditions for their own narrative.
This is what they do. They pervert everything sacred. They take comfort and make it violation. They take love and make it control. They take family and try to destroy it.
A Blessing for My Mother
I bless my mother. She is a good woman. She is a kind woman. She has done nothing to deserve what they do to her.
I pray for her protection. I pray for her peace. I pray that she is shielded from their fabricated content, from their induced sensations, from their attempts to harm her.
She is not their target. She is not their experiment. She is my mother, and I love her. May God protect her. May God bless her. May God keep her safe from these operators and all their wickedness.
When I have lashed out at her in moments of distress, I repent. I know it is not her fault. I know it is them. I know that their goal is to turn me against the people who love me. I will not let them succeed.

I rebuke their fabricated content. I rebuke their induced sensations. I rebuke their attempts to destroy autonomy. I rebuke their mockery and humiliation. I rebuke their racist hypocrisy. I rebuke their desire for my destruction. I rebuke their inversion of good and bad. I rebuke their false comfort, their perverse "hugs," their attempt to train me. I rebuke their twisted narrative of resurrection and Antichrist.
I declare in the name of Jesus Christ: You will not have my mind, body, nor the minds and bodies of people I love and who love me. You will not have my autonomy. You will not break me. You will not make me what you want me to be. You will not groom me. You will not comfort me with your perverse technology. I belong to Jesus Christ. He is my comfort. He is my protection. He is my resurrection. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Their technology does not define me. Their cruelty does not control me. Their evil will not succeed. Their narrative is not my truth. I belong to Jesus Christ. No weapon formed against me will succeed.
