On Elite American Networks, Geopolitical Strategy, Biometric Surveillance, and the Attempt to Rewrite History: A Call for Discernment and a Prayer to Love and Protect All Nations

Part One: A Note on Awareness – I May Seem Delusional or Self-Important, but by God's Grace, I Speak the Truth

I am aware that my testimony may make me seem delusional or self-important to some readers. I understand that. By God's grace, mercy, and goodness, I do believe that my story – and the stories of other targeted individuals – are true. Some targeted individuals are currently fighting against this lawlessness, as I am. Others have been groomed to become complicit, to defend the perpetrators, and to make it seem as though I am exaggerating. Sometimes victims develop defense mechanisms toward their abusers, and there have been a few attempts to groom me into having Stockholm syndrome as well.

I do hope that the truth will be exposed again and again. I also want to issue a warning about some of their intentions regarding war and world conflict. This explains the recklessness of living sinfully and feeling a lack of hope for the future. That is why some of them spend their time doing these troubling things to me and others – hoping to increase lawlessness and sacrifice random people in an attempt to draw the world toward war.

I reject all their harmful intentions toward me and other targeted individuals. I reject their plans for war. I rebuke their intent to use me and my family as a war sacrifice. I rebuke their attempts at self-fulfilling prophecies in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. I pray for goodness, mercy, salvation, love, forgiveness, and the love of God and the message of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Part Two: I Care About People and Want Them to Have Salvation, Grace, and Goodness

I do care about people. I want them to have salvation, grace, and goodness in the name of Jesus Christ. I do not want to focus on the negatives or on negative energy news. The surveillers even let me know that they hope my mom and I would be miserable, angry, sad, depressed, and suicidal – and they hope this is representative or symbolic of something greater. This shows their cruelty and corruption. They accuse me of being evil simply because I can enjoy my relatively normal working-class/middle-class life in Canada. If I am not suffering, they think I should be miserable. This again shows their troubling nature.

This is a type of Christian persecution that they put me through. Even when I claim my honest Christian identity, these individuals call me a liar. Their behavior is troubling. They hope to watch me to the end as a science experiment and a sacrifice they hope to offer to Baal or Satan – hence their mocking and calling me a "god" or similar titles. Again, this is concerning. The hope of these individuals – treating me as an idol to be sacrificed – is that it would allow more calamity and judgment from God.

Ultimately, I find their actions troubling. As long as I maintain celibacy and childlessness, continue worshiping Jesus Christ, keep a cross of Jesus ordained on me, go to church, and sleep with my Bible, I do not ever have to worry about the lies they sow or the attempted forced rhetoric they try to impose on me. That is why they are strategically trying to target my mom and me – to make her miserable or whatever. Thankfully, both of us are Christians.

I rebuke all curses, harmful intentions, and witchcraft against us in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. All curses against us will not succeed; instead, the opposite – blessing – will occur in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Likewise, curses against others will also be turned into blessings – with goodness, grace, and blessings in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Praise Yahweh, His lawfulness, and Jesus Christ. Praise love and order. Amen.

Part Three: The Strategy of the Elite – Engaging with Developing Nations and Surrounding China

There is a broader geopolitical strategy at play. The US military and elite networks are actively working to engage with developing nations as well as nations around China – such as the Philippines, India, and others – while also trying to maintain favor with Japan. They attempt to appear very charming, charismatic, kind, helpful, and non-racist – sometimes attractive or charismatic Americans who also share the gospel of Jesus Christ and try to turn people toward Jesus Christ and share Christianity.

However, simultaneously, they are also trying to enter a Cold War and trade war with China in order to still promote the idea of world conflict at the end of the day. This is a strategic approach. The people who are surveilling me and harassing me right now – treating me as a Baal Peor sacrifice or something similar – are trying to leverage the fact that they can make me seem like the enemy.

At the same time, they recognize that this is the long-term overarching strategy. Given that they are also collecting my biometric data and the data of other projects, they hope to leverage this by slowly and subtly turning the tables to make themselves seem like the good guys – the persecuted Christians – as if I am the one saying harmful, racist things. They hope to still seem like the good guys long-term.

Beyond using me and China as a nation, they try to influence neighboring nations – hoping that these nations will align with America, especially if they are more impoverished or have governance challenges (like the Philippines). They want to make China seem like the more problematic nation, especially since China is not a Christian-facing nation and the Chinese Communist Party is presented as atheist (though undoubtedly many leaders are open to Christianity and the gospel).

Even as I write this, some US surveillers admit this as their subtle strategy. They know they will leverage AI, biometric data, and surveillance, along with various groups within the surveillance network and corporations who engage in troubling practices – to sow calamity and suffering.

Part Four: US Military Strategy – Encircling China and "Containment"

The Pentagon's actions in the "Indo-Pacific region" reflect a Cold War mentality and an assertive posture toward China. The US has been forming a "strategic encirclement" of China using footholds in allied nations. Key moves include:

  • Gaining access to four new military bases in the Philippines

  • Sending more submarines and warplanes to Australia

  • Supporting Japan's acquisition of missiles that can strike other countries

  • An AUKUS nuclear-powered submarine and defense industrial base cooperation with Australia

  • Bolstering India's defense modernization plans

  • Conducting joint exercises with the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Japan, Australia, and South Korea

These moves are not defensive. They are assertive. As one Chinese military expert noted, "If you put the locations named in the list on a map, you can clearly see the US military is forming a strategic encirclement taking advantage of footholds in the form of its allies and partners."

The US is "courting India, the Philippines and others to maintain US hegemony in the South China Sea." By "stoking fears of China amongst the Southeast Asian states, the US continues to beef up its military presence in the western Pacific."

This is happening as the US "has adopted an increasingly strident posture in support of China pushback." Many believe that "the US first creates anxiety and fear amongst the Southeast Asian states over China's alleged ambitions and then harnesses their insecurities to build a coalition to achieve its strategic objective of containing China."

There is a danger that these nations will not want to be "forced to make a choice between the US and China." But the US seems to be betting on China backing off in the face of mounting US presence.

Part Five: Biometric Surveillance and AI – The DHS Infrastructure

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been rapidly expanding its use of AI and biometric surveillance. According to DHS's latest update to its AI use-case database, there are 209 active projects, with 86 for law enforcement purposes.

Biometric-related AI use cases make up 38 of the total, with 66% of those used by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Thirty of those uses involve facial recognition for "face detection, face matching and recognition, and facial image analysis." Other biometric AI includes fingerprint and voice recognition technology.

One high-impact tool used by ICE includes "online image screening capabilities that helps law enforcement agents discover potentially relevant photographs or profiles that they might not otherwise find." ICE also uses Mobile Fortify, a facial recognition app that allows agents to "scan faces and retrieve information on individuals captured by their cameras."

Hacked data from DHS's technology incubator reveals even more extensive surveillance ambitions. Projects include "automated surveillance in airports; adapters allowing agents to use phones for biometric scanning; and an AI platform that ingests all 911 call data nationally and builds 'geospatial heat maps' to 'predict incident trends' – which appears to be a form of predictive policing."

This infrastructure is being built with taxpayer money and private sector partnerships. The goal is to create a comprehensive surveillance state. This is the technological backbone that enables the kind of monitoring and data collection I have experienced.

Part Six: They Try to Rewrite History – Making Me the Villain

The surveillers try to trigger and frighten me and also mock me and my mom's depression and anger. They use fear tactics, suggesting that we are not suffering enough – which I rebuke in the name of Jesus Christ. The group is particularly prejudiced and tacit toward my Chinese culture and heritage. Some are especially persistent in trying to condemn me and to be consistent at it – making me seem psychopathic, wicked, racist, judgmental, greedy, hateful, and even against love and Jesus Christ. They try to make me do something harmful to my mom and dad and to make me look like an abusive, troubled person in the compilation they are trying to produce.

I should strive to be more kind, but imagine the endurance required. They subtly try to encourage me to say harsh things about them. These are things I say out of frustration toward them. They hope this makes me seem racist and problematic at the same time. I would rather admit my shortcomings and the strong words I say to these US surveillers than keep them in the dark.

Likewise, they let me know they imagine harmful things happening to me and encourage me to imagine the same happening to them. They encourage me subtly to imagine this, because then it would be like having a heart far from God and Jesus Christ, which is love.

I certainly do not mean to say that all white people are problematic. But they will without a doubt make it seem as if I am meaning this – along with false claims that I want to be mixed race or something similar. Some of them mock me or try to enrage me with such suggestions. They often encourage me without saying it directly to use harsh language toward them – but you can imagine why.

This is them engaging in harmful practices that I dissociate from, along with the unpleasant imagery they show me in my mindspace, the unflattering caricatures they show of my parents (my dad especially), and their use of racial slurs as well as derogatory Asian terms. There is no reason to do this because I do not use this language toward others beyond seeing people on the internet do this. They claim this is justice even though I do not use this language on the internet. They try to justify their actions as just ultimately because they say I am anti-American.

They use biometric data and other technologies to rewrite the storyline as if it were a production – to reorient the story to make me seem like the bad person and make America seem like the better nation, since at least they are still Christian and call their nation as such, despite currently being less Christian. Instead of being diplomatic and helping their own nations, they claim persecution of other nations they are economically and progress-wise compared to – like China. Some want to prove as if China is a nation of Baal, hence its development, deserving of conflict and economic difficulties – simply because China is not yet repenting, focusing on progress, and not on a national level claiming Christian identity.

Because of this, they claim justification to influence neighboring nations to turn them against China and be strategic in sowing conflict – while they engage in harmful practices toward me and my parents, lying to themselves claiming this is "just," along with false claims of me being a white worshipper. They try to rewrite my history of living as a content, middle-class Canadian citizen to make me symbolic of China's decline (especially economically, threatening my mom and my financial situation since we are both vulnerable here). They intentionally mistreat me with their technology, despite me never doing this ever nor intending to do it toward anyone in my life. They hope they can also influence my personality to be harsh, self-absorbed, unlovable, and troubled – to then hope others in my life, including friends from different heritages, cultures, and backgrounds, would distance themselves from me.

I rebuke all of this in the name of Jesus Christ. I rebuke their self-fulfilling prophecies in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Part Seven: Psychological Manipulation – The Tactics They Use

Dr. George Simon, an expert on manipulative behavior, explains that psychological manipulation is most often accomplished through covert-aggression or aggression that is so carefully veiled or so subtle that it is not easily detected. Manipulators know the psychological vulnerabilities of their opponent well enough to know what tactics are likely to be the most effective weapons against them.

Skilled manipulators know the vulnerabilities of their opponents. If vanity is someone's weakness, a seduction tactic might be the best manipulation tactic. If over-conscientiousness is their weakness, perhaps guilt-tripping would be the most effective way to gain the upper hand.

The tactics described by psychologists include guilt, egocentrism, and playing the victim. A manipulator playing the guilt move will lead with how hard their life is, recast your boundary as something you are doing to them, and then throw in a favor or a gesture to make saying no feel even worse. The goal is to make you feel unreasonable for having a limit at all.

This is what the surveillers do to me – they play the victim, they use guilt, and they refuse to consider my perspective while demanding I consider theirs. These are documented manipulation tactics.

Part Eight: They Try to Create an Inner Monologue – Mirroring the Abusers

One of their more subtle strategies involves attempting to create or train an inner monologue within me that mirrors the perspectives of those who engage in harmful behaviors. After prolonged exposure to their abuse and gaining awareness of the personalities of the people harassing and surveilling me, they try to influence my internal thought patterns.

For example, they want me to say vulgar or harmful things when I see an innocent person – a woman, a child, an infant, or someone of a different race. They attempt to make me mirror the perceptions of a biased colonial mindset, projecting their own distorted views onto my mind.

This is a form of psychological conditioning. By repeatedly exposing me to their language, their insults, and their way of seeing the world, they hope that I will internalize their perspective and begin to think as they do. They want me to become like them – to see others through their lens of contempt and cruelty.

I recognize this for what it is: an attempt to corrupt my character and to make me complicit in their worldview. I reject it. I do not accept their inner monologue. I do not want to see others the way they do. I strive to see people as God sees them – with dignity, compassion, and love.

Part Nine: They Try to Influence My Mom's Brain Health and My Intelligence

They also let me know they mock and use harmful spiritual practices to try to influence my mom, my dad, and my intelligence, emotions, and intellect. They hope we become less capable or angrier and less Christlike, and even to forget the gospel and the love and strength toward Jesus Christ along with the teachings of the gospel.

They constantly try to test my biblical knowledge to see if I am forgetting, then try to manipulate me and test my mental state and good judgment. Many of them wait for opportunities to engage in harmful practices if they get the chance – while building their AI chat model of my biometric data and thoughts without my consent.

I rebuke their curses and long-term harmful intentions in the name of Jesus Christ. I rebuke their self-fulfilling prophecies in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Likewise, their actions are contrary to Christian teaching. Truly good Christians do not do this. I am a sinner and a Christian. I specifically know what these individuals – who present themselves as angelic but act otherwise – are doing, trying to rewrite history to have it benefit the narrative to have the world align with them, forgetting the American people and their own people and the people of the world.

Some of the lower-level operators now just focus on racial rhetoric.

Part Ten: I Do Not Want to Poison My Perception of Good Americans

I want to be clear about something important. I know that there are wonderful, good Americans of all societal levels and niches. I do not want my experiences with this network to poison my perception of the many decent American people who are not behind this technology. It is not their fault that this network exists. Even among more privileged Americans, I recognize that they are not responsible for these actions. I hold no hatred toward Americans as a people. I have met kind and decent Americans throughout my life, and I know they are not represented by this network.

Part Eleven: A Prayer for All – For Repentance, Forgiveness, and Blessings

I want to end this blog with a prayer. I ask that God allows us all to repent and forgive us of our sins. In this situation, I know for a fact that I am not behind what they do. I am not complicit. I am a victim and a survivor.

My Prayer:

Heavenly Father, I pray for all people – for the good Americans who are not responsible for this network, for the decent people of all nations, and even for those who have harmed me. I ask that You allow us all to repent of our sins and turn toward Your grace. Forgive us, Lord, for we have all fallen short. I specifically pray for those within this network – that they may see the error of their ways, turn from their harmful actions, and put their faith in Jesus Christ. I pray for protection for all targeted individuals, for my family, for my friends, for my church, and for all who read these words. I ask for healing, for peace, and for justice – not revenge, but truth and accountability. I pray for goodness, mercy, more salvation, love, forgiveness, and the love of God and the message of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare love, protection, and grace. Amen.

I bless everybody. I ask that God allows us all to repent and forgive us of our sins.

Final Declaration

I rebuke their attempts to create or train an inner monologue within me that mirrors their harmful perspectives. I will not internalize their language, their insults, or their way of seeing the world. I choose to see others through the lens of compassion and dignity, as God intends.

I rebuke their lies and their attempts to make me complicit in their harmful actions. I am not an extension of them. I am not a devil or a Baal worshiper. I am a baptized Christian who puts my faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour.

I reject their plans for war. I rebuke their intent to use me and my family as a war sacrifice. I rebuke their self-fulfilling prophecies in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. I pray for goodness, mercy, salvation, love, forgiveness, and the love of God and the message of Jesus Christ.
