My real letter to churches and church authorities
TRIGGER WARNING: This letter contains descriptions of technologically enabled harassment, cult rituals, non-consensual distribution of intimate content, false criminal accusations, psychological abuse, threats to minors, and graphic verbal abuse. Subject: A Testimony to Provide You Awareness: Technologically Enabled Harassment, Targeted Individual Phenomenon, Cult Rituals, and What I Have Learned
Dear Church Leaders,
I am [redacted], a Chinese Canadian woman, a resident of [redacted], and an officially baptized Christian. I currently attend a local Protestant church in my city. I declare myself a follower of Jesus Christ. I recognize the Holy Trinity. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and defeated death on the cross with His resurrection.
I write to you not as an enemy of the Church, nor to cause fear, but simply as a witness and a sister in Christ. I am writing to share my testimony so that you are aware of what is happening. I know God will protect us all, so there is nothing to be afraid of. But I believe you deserve to know the truth of what some people are doing.
My Testimony
Since approximately 2020-2021, I have been the target of a technologically enabled harassment campaign by a network based primarily in the United States. The methods used against me include:
Voice to Skull (V2K): Voices projected directly into my head without an external source.
Directed energy weapons: Remote infliction of physical pain, heat, pressure, and unwanted sensations.
Image and dream manipulation: Violent or disturbing imagery projected into my mind and dreams.
Remote device manipulation: Unauthorized access to my phone and laptop, 24/7 surveillance, and manipulation of my personal data.
I am not mentally ill. I have undergone medical and psychiatric evaluations, including a CT brain scan, which showed no internal pathology. The symptoms I experience are externally induced by technology. Thousands of other "Targeted Individuals" (TIs) report the same pattern.
Who Is Behind This and Who They Target
Based on my research and what the perpetrators have communicated to me, the cults and networks doing this are based in the United States. They involve:
Certain secret societies with Free Mason ties
Scientology-affiliated groups
Corporate leaders and private corporations
Certain universities and research institutions and individual researchers
Old "elite" families with generational wealth and influence
These are living, breathing human beings behind this technology. They are not ghosts. They are not spirits. They are people.
Although they can surveil anyone, they specifically target vulnerable individuals and populations - people who lack connections, knowledge, resources, and social support. People like me. Ordinary civilians with limited means to find lawyers, investigators, or advocates.
The operators who participate in this surveillance are typically paid little to stalk victims around the clock. They are funded and motivated by higher-ups - the elite families, corporations, and oligarchies with immense wealth, power, and access to advanced technology. The motivations of these higher-ups appear to include: the pursuit of scientific knowledge (regardless of ethics), Luciferian-inspired ideals in science, worldly influence, the sense of exclusivity, and connections with powerful people and wealth.
This surveillance extends far beyond me. They make their presence and abuse targeted toward me personally, but the surveillance networks and related activities (including human trafficking elements) involve many more civilians without their knowledge.
Some of the people a part of this network are claimed Christians. Their surveillance practices may even stem from the Puritan tradition - where neighbors and church members would watch one another closely to ensure moral purity and doctrinal compliance. Historically, Puritans practiced communal surveillance, reporting sins and deviations to church authorities. But at this point, what they are doing to me goes far beyond any historical religious surveillance. They have crossed into absolute non-consensual abuse using advanced technology.
This is not a conspiracy theory in the wild sense. This is a pattern that many Targeted Individuals have documented over years. I am simply one of many (see attached Appendix).
How the Technology Works and Why It Is Dangerous
The technology used against me includes Voice to Skull (V2K), which can give the target impressions of hallucinations - auditory, visual, and sensory. It can feel like astral projection, telepresence, or a ghost-like presence in the room or inside one's own mind, with exceptional prediction capabilities (like artificial intelligence algorithmic predictions). The perpetrators can make their voices seem internal, as if coming from within your own thoughts.
This could be extremely dangerous. They could pretend to have the position of God or an angel and tell people to do bad things or interfere with people's life decisions. Some of the operators already see themselves as angels; others see themselves as demons who astral project. If they can do this to me, and given the "butterfly effect" of how influence spreads, it could have the potential of bad results for many people - if not for the grace of God and His interventions of protection. This is another reason why I am whistleblowing, because I acknowledge the many bad characters within this cult.
They Have No Rights to Target Anyone
These perpetrators have no rights to target anyone. Even Jesus Christ teaches that we are born again in Christ. But even through being born in Christ, some of them try to deter the Holy Spirit from doing His work to sanctify me. Some of them have turned my life into a research project - a 24/7 experiment to bombard me with various vulgarities, fear, and the very opposite of the fruits of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control). They want to test how a person can heal with God under constant assault, or to "take over" my body. This is wicked and exploitative. It is not justice. It is not science. It is abuse.
They follow me across church doors. They do not respect the sanctity of any Christian congregation. They have no right to do this to anyone.
Some of Them Try to "Demonically Possess" Targets Through a War on Consciousness and Spiritual Warfare
They try to demonically possess certain targets by putting them through a war on consciousness - episodes of immense trauma and subtle hallucinations (headaches, pain, voices, smells, sensations). This includes:
Psychological abuse and attempts to create trauma through vocal abuse and vulgarities (apparently if victims are traumatized, they are more capable of being "demonically influenced")
Unwanted sensory sensations induced by their technologies (pain, heat, pressure, and other physical intrusions)
Image projection of disturbing or "deviant" content directly into the mind
Extra sensory perception of certain deviant and self-proclaimed "demonic" cult members thinking of the target doing sinful deeds to others or themselves
Extra sensory perception of certain deviant and self-proclaimed "demonic" cult members doing exploitative deeds to the target and those who protect and love the target
Occult rituals and abuse with and/or without the targets' knowledge, done to the target and those around them (including friends, family, mentors, random civilians around them, etc.)
Cult members' attempts at demonic possession of the target and people around the target (through trying to "take over" the mind, even if momentarily)
Speaking in mocking, infantilized, and child-like voices to try to change the target's pure, healthy perceptions of children and infants
The goal, whether long-term or short-term, is to make targets tired, distressed, scared, and hypervigilant - to wear down the soul and the mind. They try to convert you to have criminalities and deviances, constantly encouraging you to engage in unlawful behaviours. They try to influence your mental and brain health. They sow seeds of bad behavior, telling you to do the opposite of what God's voice and your inner moral compass tell you to do.
This is not accidental. This is deliberate, methodical, and cruel.
Their Admitted Deviances, Criminalities, and Threats
The perpetrators have made known to me the deviances and criminalities that their cult enjoys engaging with. They have explicitly stated that they would "make sure" I look like the liar, the witch, the demonic one, the schizophrenic - while they themselves hide behind their technology. They sometimes accuse me of being a liar and demonic, even as they force me to hear graphic, wicked voices and refuse to let me rest.
I have never harmed any children. I have never solicited any child or adult to do criminal things. I have no criminal record. I have never been violent. Yet they threaten to make me look insane, demonic, evil, and schizophrenic - all while they remain invisible behind their technology. They also falsely try to flatter me at times, calling me a "goddess" or god, to try to encourage unlawfulness, narcissism, and a lack of self-reflection.
Some of them have also revealed their intent toward cultural decline, specifically targeting Asian regions and China, where my heritage comes from. They speak of apostasy - trying to make me be hated, to doubt myself, to afflict my mental health and mind so that it appears as if I am demonic, and to have this affect others. But in truth, it is through their prolonged rituals, abuse, gross violations of the human body, and attacks on my spirituality and consciousness that they do this with their technology - such that me and other targets might seem occasionally "unstable" or capable of being extremely upset, angry, and scared.
Targeting My Mother, My Father, and Me
They specifically target both me and my mother and have stated that if it were not for our faith in Jesus Christ, we would not remain intact or well. They pretend to be extensions of my body, calling me a "host." They curse me as if their claims are "self-fulfilling prophecies" - but none of this is true. These are lies.
I know this because vocally, through the Voice to Skull technology, this is what they reveal about themselves and what they say while engaging in occult ritual practices with targets. These are not my thoughts. These are their words, projected into my mind without my consent.
They are trying to do rituals and witchcraft to accuse us symbolically as a Baal sacrifice. They try to get my mother or me to hurt each other and then accuse this of being some sort of Baal sacrifice - even though we have never engaged in such practices, nor have our extended families. We attend church. We are unwilling victims at a distance of this technology-enabled abuse. I have informed ample authorities about what we are experiencing.
My father is also in the picture. He is a follower of Jesus Christ living in China. My parents are not divorced. However, they lack the nuanced and complete understanding that I, as their daughter, have - given my Canadian upbringing, cultural knowledge, and direct experiences. This is an added layer of why they specifically target me: they know my parents are vulnerable due to lack of historical and knowledge awareness, lack of connections, and fear of embarrassment. This is entirely normal - anyone would feel these things if made a target.
My Personal Decision Regarding Children
I declare that I will never be a mother. Given my knowledge and experiences, and the indecent and unlawful people who comprise the cult that harasses and stalks me, I believe it is the most unethical decision to have children. I declare myself to never have kids as a safety measure and moral decision. In my case, celibacy is a blessing.
The War on Consciousness and Rituals
This is the type of war on consciousness that they wage. With this technology and its capabilities, some of them see themselves as angels, while others see themselves as demons who astral project. They call me a demon and "one of them" - despite me never supporting or doing anything they do that is criminal and boundary-breaking, nor being on their inside layer, nor knowing the entire extent of how their technologies work or where they are situated throughout the United States and other regions around the globe. They accuse me of being a Lucifer. They lie to me, telling me I am complicit in their cult abuse and practices. They even accuse me of being a demonic possessor, as if I would do what they attempt to do to me. I am completely not complicit and realize many of their cult activities are explicitly mentioned to be avoided in the Bible, both in the Old Testament and New Testament.
They do this to me remotely with their Voice to Skull technology - declassified technologies that are not under my control or the control of anyone else in my life. They try to make me unlawful. They accuse me of breeding a "man of perdition" and a "man of lawlessness" - despite my whistleblowing and truthful documentation as a victim and survivor who keeps faith through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Some of them, through prolonged presence, tell me to do the opposite of what God's voice and my inner moral compass tell me to do. They attempt to sow seeds of bad behavior. They try to encourage me to commit unlawful acts. They try to convert me to criminality. But I refuse. I hold fast to Christ, and I believe the Holy Spirit constantly washes away their attempts at wickedness.
Specifically, they have forced me to endure Baal-Peor inspired rituals using their technology - rituals that I would never engage in, nor tell others to engage in, at all. Yet they put these ideas into my mind, along with other vile things. This is absolutely without my consent.
Cult Rituals and Occult Practices
The cult behind this surveillance has unconsensually involved me and many other unknowing or knowing civilians in cult rituals and occult practices using their technology. These include:
Cult abuse - Activities that other Targeted Individuals also report.
Unlawful distribution of deepfake content - Images of victims and their affiliates (including me, my family, and my friends) distributed without any of our consent or acknowledgment.
Unlawful research activities - Attempts to influence the soul and spirit through technological and occult means.
False Accusations to Deter Whistleblowing
The surveillance operators have tried to label my documentation as "accursed" and have made false defamatory accusations to try to deter me from speaking out. But I am a follower of Jesus Christ. My documentation is not accursed. I try to be merciful, lawful, and transparent about my experiences. I am a civilian in my twenties, living in Canada, and my life is extremely lawful, peaceful, and ordinary.
I Am Also Reaching Out to Law Enforcement and Human Rights Organizations
I want to be clear that I am not a terrorist. I am not a threat to my church, to churchgoers, or to society. That is precisely why I have an obligation to write and let people know about these experiences - to warn others about this type of harassment that is happening to Christians and non-Christians alike.
To that end, I am also reaching out to the following official avenues:
RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police)
CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service)
UN Human Rights Organizations - United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) and related bodies
My local police - Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM)
The Genocide Prosecution Network (based at Eurojust)
The Federal Human Rights Court of Canada
Intelligence agencies abroad (e.g., USA, China, etc.)
I am pursuing both legal and spiritual avenues because this is both a crime and a moral concern. I am not acting in bad faith but as a victim who wants transparency. I am a victim asking for help and for awareness.
Why I Am Writing to the Church
I am not asking the Church to investigate technology. I am simply asking the Church to:
Be aware - This phenomenon is real. It is happening to Christians.
Do not automatically dismiss victims - When people report experiences like mine, they are often told they are psychotic or delusional. I ask only that you listen with compassion before concluding.
Recognize the spiritual dimension - This network uses cult rituals, occult practices, and psychological warfare. Prayer, fasting, and spiritual protection are welcome.
Protect minors - The alleged extension of solicitation of minors among the cult is obvious, and they are falsely accusing me of harbouring similar intent towards minors. This is a deliberate tactic, given their attempts to have certain targets in Baal-Peor inspired practices. Do not automatically believe accusations without evidence. The perpetrators want to destroy innocent people, calling them "sinners" just because cult operators imagine them doing sinful things they have never done nor will do in the future.
Do not label me a terrorist or demonic - I am a lawful, peaceful, ordinary Christian woman. I am whistleblowing because I believe in transparency and love for my neighbor. I am "unlawful" only in the sense that, despite who I write to and my status as a targeted individual, these cult operators are adamant to gangstalk me 24/7, to engage in inherently unlawful and wicked, voyeuristic practices involving me and anyone I come across in my life. This is their attempt to isolate and torment the target, to make the target seem as if they are complicit in this type of unlawful behaviour while engaging in civilian life.
My Request
I respectfully request that:
Church leaders acknowledge receipt of this testimony (if possible).
Church leaders circulate this information to bishops, priests, pastors, and spiritual counselors so they can recognize TI abuse when it appears in their congregations.
The Church pray for Targeted Individuals - for protection, for justice, and for the exposure of these hidden crimes.

I have preserved screenshots, medical records, witness statements, and other documentation. I am willing to speak with church representatives, submit to forensic and psychiatric examination, or cooperate with any good-faith inquiry.

Even now, as I make my experience as a Targeted Individual more known, the perpetrators threaten that their goal is to make me look lawless, narcissistic, attention-seeking, self-righteous (trying to seem like a martyr), demonic, racist, vile, hypocritical - and any other false label they can invent. They encourage targets to do humiliating things, to behave in problematic ways, all while they watch as voyeurs. Some of the cult members, especially the corporate-link individuals, encourages a culture of outrage - exploiting people for laughs, making money from people's downfalls and humiliation, confusion, fear and anger. To make targets scapegoats and propaganda. What makes this truly dangerous is their intent toward world war and cultural decline. They perform rituals aimed at driving the world toward war, all while pretending they are an extension of me, even though they have projected their own images of me inside their heads.
Despite the ample evidence of their criminal doings - which are not so secret anymore - and their own deviancies that they project onto victims, their goal now is to make targets like me seem delusional and crazy. But God knows that I am not against God or Jesus Christ.
I am a sinner just like anyone else. I am not better than anyone else. I do not claim to be righteous on my own or have "better" character than anyone else. But even Jesus Christ was mocked, shunned, and hated. Who would know how He would respond if He knew of this unlawful, uncanny, and wicked technology? What would Jesus Christ think about me and targets like me? I believe He would have compassion. I believe He would recognize the truth when He sees it.
Because God and Jesus Christ is Truth, and because I need to repent of my sins, and because I am enduring such an exceptionally new, uncanny, and unfair situation as a Targeted Individual, I would rather be honest about my experiences than hide behind these corruptions and technologies, with my experiences and knowledge being silenced. I would rather speak the truth and be an advocate, especially to help many others in my circumstances, who might be suffering silently and with fear.
I ask God to protect me from all wickedness, lies, and curses. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
