The Deception Engine: How Perpetrators Use Technology to Manipulate Perception and Attempt to Manufacture a False Witness

Important clarification: I am not a medical professional, and I am not diagnosing myself or others with any mental health condition. What I am describing are deliberate technological manipulations that mimic certain symptoms but are externally induced. The technology described by researchers (V2K, directed energy, microwave auditory effect) is capable of creating auditory, sensory, and perceptual phenomena that can be difficult to distinguish from internal experiences. This post addresses the weaponization of that technology.

Introduction: A Dangerous Capability

In previous posts, I have documented the technology and tactics of the network surveilling me. Today, I need to address something even more concerning: the deliberate use of this technology to manipulate perception and attempt to manufacture false narratives.

Some perpetrators have attempted to use false flattery and psychological manipulation to position me in ways that are not true. I want to be clear: I have never claimed to be a prophet or any special religious figure. I am a Christian who believes in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. The perpetrators know this.

The Technology's Capability for Deception

One of the most concerning aspects of this surveillance technology is its capacity for deception. The same tools that project voices into a target's head can be used to make the target hear, smell, and feel things that are not actually present.

This is not a minor feature. If perpetrators wanted to, they could make a target believe they were hearing divine voices. They could plant ideas that feel like revelations. They could make a target feel special or chosen without any of it being real.

In my case, the perpetrators have planted harmful ideas in my head. These are not my thoughts. These are deliberate manipulations designed to provoke specific emotional and behavioral responses.

False Flattery and Misdirection

The perpetrators sometimes use a tactic of false flattery mixed with abuse. On one hand, they attempt to make me feel special or important. On the other hand, they simultaneously subject me to degrading and intrusive thoughts.

This combination creates psychological confusion, makes the target question their own perceptions, and attempts to manufacture a false sense of destiny that can later be exploited.

This is a classic abuser tactic: alternating between idealization and devaluation to destabilize the target. The technology simply makes it more sophisticated.

Manipulation of Perception

One of the most distressing aspects of this harassment is the perpetrators' ability to manipulate how I perceive space, objects, and my surroundings. Using their technology, they can create perceptual distortions that are deeply unsettling.

I want to state this clearly: I have never consented to these manipulations. I have never engaged in the behaviors these manipulations suggest.

This is not a matter of "impure thoughts" that I can control through willpower. This is external manipulation of my sensory perception and cognitive associations. The perpetrators are deliberately forcing these experiences onto me to cause shame, distress, and self-doubt.

I document this because others need to know that this capability exists. It is not science fiction. It is happening to me right now.

Attempts to Provoke Public Outbursts

Over the past several years, the perpetrators have been trying to provoke me into losing my composure in public. They do this by planting intrusive thoughts, provoking negative emotions, using sleep deprivation, and amplifying minor frustrations.

I am writing this now because I need the public record to show that I have not lost control. Despite their efforts, I remain calm and focused on documenting. If I ever do lose my composure in public, I want the record to show that it was the result of sustained, deliberate psychological warfare designed to break me.

On False Accusations

Some perpetrators accuse me of being involved in practices I have never engaged in. This is false. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I was agnostic. During the pandemic and the years of harassment that followed, I put my faith in Jesus Christ.

Their accusations are projection. They are the ones engaging in rituals. They are the ones attempting to manipulate spiritual forces. I am simply a Christian trying to survive.

Corroboration: I Am Not Alone

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of Targeted Individual stories and documentation available online. There are books available in mainstream bookstores. There are academic papers. There are support groups. There are whistleblowers who have confirmed the existence of this technology.

The fact that these resources exist publicly tells me that this is not a fragment of my imagination. This is a real phenomenon. It needs to be taken seriously.

Why They Have Allowed Me to Live

I have asked myself many times: why am I still alive? The perpetrators make it known that they have the capability to end my life at any time. And yet, I am still here. Writing. Documenting. Speaking out.

After much reflection, I believe part of the reason is that they have been trying to manufacture a false religious figure. At one point, some perpetrators attempted to make me claim to be Jesus Christ. They wanted me to be seen as delusional, or worse, they wanted me to actually believe it and use that belief to sow confusion.

But I am much too average for that. I do not see myself that importantly. I have never claimed to be Him, and I never will. I am a sinner saved by grace, not the Son of God.

So that part of their plan failed. I refused to play along.

They keep me alive for multiple reasons:

  • To continue trying to manufacture a false religious figure (though that has failed)

  • To study the effects of long-term technological harassment

  • To maintain the option of harming me later if I become too dangerous to them

What I Need You to Understand

I am writing this to:

  • Document that this technology can be used to manipulate perception

  • Clarify that I am not a prophet, a false religious figure, or anything other than a Christian

  • Name the manipulation of perception as a deliberate tactic

  • Warn others that this technology can be used to make people believe things that are not true

  • State clearly that their accusations are false

  • Provide my testimony as one of many Targeted Individuals

These are serious claims. I make them in good faith, based on years of documentation and direct experience.

A Call to Experts and Authorities

I call on:

  • Psychologists who can differentiate between internally generated experiences and externally induced manipulation

  • Experts in cult dynamics who understand how manipulation tactics work

  • Religious scholars who can speak to the spiritual dangers of technological deception

  • Technology researchers who can study the capabilities of these tools

  • Government oversight bodies who can investigate the misuse of surveillance technology

  • Media who have already acknowledged the existence of Targeted Individual phenomena

I have been writing to embassies, consulates, and agencies. I have documented everything.

Personal Note: My Faith and My Struggle

I was agnostic before the pandemic. The years of harassment and technological manipulation did not make me a Christian. What made me a Christian was the realization that God is real, God is good, and Jesus Christ died for my sins.

The perpetrators try to use my faith against me. They try to make me doubt. They try to make me feel like a hypocrite. But I know the truth. God knows my heart. God knows that these thoughts are not mine.

I am not what they accuse me of being. I am a Christian who has been targeted by an organized network with access to advanced technology. And I am not going to let them steal my faith, my sanity, or my witness.

A Prayer for Deliverance

Heavenly Father,

I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know what has been done to me. You see the forced thoughts, the manipulated perceptions, and the false accusations.

I ask for Your protection over my mind. Guard my thoughts from intrusion. Shield my perceptions from distortion.

I pray for other targets experiencing similar manipulation. Protect them. Give them discernment.

And I pray for the perpetrators. I pray that they would stop. I pray that they would face accountability.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.
