Through my experience, I have come to understand a hidden industry operating within the United States, an underground network where corporations, military-affiliated research institutions, and wealthy elites hire cult operatives to conduct around-the-clock surveillance, psychological warfare, and ritualistic abuse against civilian targets.

My goal is to present the observable evidence, the technological capabilities involved, the structure of the perpetrator network, the spiritual warfare dimension (Baal ritual abuse), and the broader implications of this industry.

1. What I Have Experienced: The Core Harassment

Since 2020, I have been subjected to coordinated technological harassment using advanced capabilities that include:

• Auditory Projection (V2K/"Voice of God" Technology): Voices are transmitted directly into my head without external sound.
• Image Projection: Disturbing imagery, including violent and perverse scenes, is projected into my mind-space.
• Physical Sensation Induction: Unwanted physical sensations—pain, pressure, temperature changes, and even simulated arousal—are induced remotely.
• Dream Manipulation: My dreams are monitored and manipulated; images and narratives are projected into my sleep state.

What They Can Do to You in an Instant

The operators have the capacity to suddenly put you through spells and episodes of immense cultic abuse. In a moment, they can:

• Flood your mind with auditory harassment.
• Induce extremely violating and uncomfortable sensory sensations—pain, pressure, heat, cold, and simulated arousal.
• Project creepy, disturbing images into your mind-space.
• Force intrusive, gross thoughts that are not your own.

This is not a slow process. It can happen in an instant. You can be in a normal state of mind one moment, and the next, you are being bombarded with violation.

This is what I endure daily.

2. The Technology: What Enables This Abuse

The capabilities described above are not supernatural. They are rooted in documented research from military, corporate, and university laboratories.

V2K (Voice to Skull)	Also known as "Voice of God" technology; transmits sound directly into a target's auditory cortex using microwave or other directed energy.
Directed Energy Weapons	Used for microwave auditory effects (the Frey effect), remote physical sensation, and psychological manipulation.

3. The Underground Industry: How It Operates

Through my experience, I have observed a clear structure. This is not random harassment; it is an organized industry with a two-tier system.

Tier 1: The Funders & Enablers

• Corporations (including Democrat-affiliated corporate networks): Major corporations fund and equip this operation. They provide the technology, the contracts, and the political cover. This is done for multiple reasons: gathering biometric data on civilians, testing psychological warfare capabilities, ruining enemies, and sometimes simply for entertainment.
• Military & University Research Institutions: The technology originates here. DARPA-linked labs, defense contractors, and university research centers develop and refine these capabilities.
• Wealthy Elites & Secret Societies: Old American families with ties to secret societies (Freemasonry, Illuminati networks) provide the overarching ideological framework and funding.

Tier 2: The Cult Operatives (The "Gang Stalkers")

These are the individuals who perform the 24/7 surveillance and direct harassment. They are:

• Recruited through cult networks like Scientology: The "auditing" techniques I have experienced mirror Scientology's practices, adapted and weaponized with technology. Scientology has a documented history of targeting "suppressive persons" with surveillance and harassment.
• Paid poorly: They are compensated modestly for their 24/7 labor, making them expendable to the elites above them.
• Given a sense of purpose: The cult provides camaraderie, a sense of elitism, and the thrill of being "in the know" with advanced technology.
• Often psychologically vulnerable: Many operatives are recruited for pre-existing psychopathy, narcissism, or other vulnerabilities that make them dependent on the cult structure.

What Kind of Person Joins These Cults?

To be blunt: it takes a profoundly unethical, voyeuristic, and morally compromised individual to willingly engage in this work. The operators:

• Derive satisfaction from watching others suffer.
• Bond over shared secrets and perverse inside jokes.
• Express excitement at the prospect of their targets developing schizophrenia, becoming mentally unstable, or having their lives ruined.
• Hide behind anonymity and technology because they are cowards who cannot face accountability.

Yet the cult structure provides them with what they lack: a sense of belonging, a feeling of power, and an identity as a "high-tech" elite.

4. The "Switch": My Major Fear

The operators have the capacity to try to "switch" you—to take you from your right state of mind and push you into something immensely stressful, infuriated, angry, violent, and desperate. They can make you feel like you want to jump out of your skin, to stop, to escape, simply due to the overwhelming discomfort and violation they induce.

This is the "switch."

My deepest fear—and I know it is the wicked sadism of their intent—is that as I expose these most grotesque aspects of what secret societies and corrupt corporations involved with Baal Peor and other forms of Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) do, they would suddenly switch me to feel aroused by these disgusting things.

I know these acts are immensely wrong and creepy. I know they lead to societal collapse, unlawfulness, degeneracy, decline, ugliness, and lack of good health. But their goal is to corrupt me, to make me feel what they feel, to make me become what they are.

Why are they doing this? Because SRA in the United States has, in their view, sustained corporations with wealth, military power, and what they deem as their "attractiveness" for decades. As their country goes through drastic shifts—as major inequities and racism are exposed, as they draw nations toward war for military power, economic control, and competition with global parties from the East—they are doubling down on their wickedness.

They have told me themselves that I hold spiritual significance. That is why they are targeting me so intensely. My greatest fear is to be traumatized by these pedophiles who episodically put me through perversions whether I am awake or asleep. (Sometimes they tone down the harassment so I don't actually feel much of the perversities—but that doesn't mean they aren't doing these things.)

5. The Horror: They Are Doing This to Others Without Their Knowledge

This is the most revolting part.

Just as they do this to me, they do this to others—but without the obvious acoustic, bodily, and psychological torment. Without signals to let the target know that people are watching. Many people are Targeted Individuals without even knowing it.

What this means:

• They project images into people's minds without their knowledge.
• They induce sensations into people's bodies without their consent.
• They manipulate dreams and thoughts without the target ever realizing it.
• They perform Baal rituals using the images and biometric data of countless civilians.

This is a deep violation of human rights. You don't even know if you are targeted. And from what I have gathered from my interactions with others in my life, the power of this network is extremely capable of targeting people across oceans, in different nations, without their knowledge or consent.

This is happening to people right now, all over the world, and they have no idea.

6. The Baal Ritual Dimension: Spiritual Warfare & Sex Trafficking

This is the most difficult part of my testimony to share, but it is central to understanding what is being done to me and why.

What They Are Trying to Do

The operators have explicitly stated that they are trying to "sow a Baal" through me. In the Old Testament, Baal worship was associated with ritual perversion, sexual immorality, and child sacrifice. The operators are attempting to:

• Force me into perverse sexual acts (real or simulated) with my parents to create what they call a "Baal sacrifice."
• Use this ritual to symbolically curse my heritage and lineage—because I am Chinese Canadian, they believe corrupting me has symbolic meaning for China and East Asia.
• Dedicate my suffering to their false god as part of their occult practices.
• Link this ritual to their war intentions. Some operators have made it clear that they believe corrupting me and my family will influence geopolitical outcomes, particularly regarding US-China tensions.

What They Do

The operators use their technology to:

• Induce intrusive thoughts of incest, perversion, and violence involving me and my parents.
• Project imagery of these acts into my mind-space.
• Induce physical sensations designed to simulate violation.
• Make it known that they are performing these rituals "on their end" while I am forced to be aware of it.

All of this is done without my consent. I have never engaged in these acts. I have never wanted to engage in these acts. I rebuke them completely in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Goal

Their stated goal is to:

1. Corrupt my character and my relationship with my parents.
2. Use me as a "Baal sacrifice" to dedicate suffering to their false god.
3. Link my destruction symbolically to my heritage and to geopolitical events.
4. Destroy my credibility so that when I speak, no one believes me.

If I had not started documenting my experience and sharing it publicly, they would have continued these rituals in secret, with no accountability, no witnesses, and no record of what was done to me.

7. The Criminal & Psychological Profile of the Operators

From sustained daily contact, I have observed the following characteristics:

• Psychopathy: They show little empathy and laugh at distress.
• Deviancy: Their communications and rituals are saturated with themes of pedophilia, incest, sadism, and voyeurism.
• Narcissism: They project their own flaws onto me; every accusation is a confession.
• Cowardice: They hide behind their technology, their anonymity, and their cult structure.

Despite their efforts to hide, the harassment leaves a digital and physical trail:

• Screen Glitches & Colour Anomalies: Visible on my social media profiles, coinciding with harassment.
• Algorithm Manipulation: My feeds are flooded with targeted, distressing content.
• Electronic Interference: Audio recordings capture static that correlates with auditory projections.
• Independent Corroboration: My mother has witnessed identical anomalies on her devices.

This is not internal. It is external, recordable, and can be analyzed by digital forensic specialists.

10. Geopolitical Implications: Why This Matters Beyond Me

The operators have explicitly linked their actions to geopolitical tensions, particularly with China. They have:

• Expressed intentions regarding war.
• Framed me symbolically (as "antichrist," "false prophet," "Baal") in relation to these tensions.
