Clarification of Identity, Documentation of Perpetrator Capabilities, and a Statement on Accountability

Date: March 28, 2026

This blog serves as a platform for documentation, research, and the pursuit of accountability regarding specific surveillance technologies and operational protocols. Due to the nature of the subject matter, which involves alleged psychological operations, advanced technological capabilities, and coordinated harassment campaigns, it is necessary to issue the following disclaimer to clarify the record and refute recent characterizations made by certain operators.

1. On the Allegation of Being an "Angel Wannabe"

Certain surveillance operators have recently accused me of attempting to portray myself as an "angel wannabe." This characterization is false and appears to be a projection of their own internal frameworks.

To be clear: I have never claimed to be an angelic being, nor do I subscribe to the theological self-perception that these operators seem to assign to themselves. My documentation has consistently focused on exposing the origins and capabilities of the technology being used against civilians. This includes tracing the roots of certain technological capabilities back to military-industrial complex research, as well as their documented foundations in various esoteric practices. It is the operators, not I, who have historically framed their own work as angelic or divine. My role is simply to expose the technological and historical roots of these activities, which is a matter of public record and expert analysis.

2. On the Accusation of Being a "Demon" or "Demon Demo"

Operators have labeled me a "demon" or "demon demo" based solely on my verbal expressions of concern for specific actions they engage in. This label is an attempt to conflate my reactions to harmful behavior with the behavior itself.

I acknowledge that I have expressed concern, frustration, and distress regarding the actions of individuals involved in this surveillance apparatus. However, it is critical to distinguish between documented actions and unsubstantiated labeling.

These distinctions matter. While I vocalize concern for those who engage in harmful behaviors, harmful psychological operations targeting vulnerable individuals, and the expediting of global conflict—that vocalization does not make me a participant in their actions. I am documenting these behaviors, not committing them.

3. On the Technology of Projection and Its Origins

To reiterate a central thesis of this documentation: the ability of operators to project or influence perception is not evidence of supernatural status. It is evidence of advanced technological capability. My research cites established sources regarding the United States military and corporate sectors' development of these technologies. These systems have roots in non-public, often occult, frameworks. Exposing this is not an attempt to claim spiritual status; it is an attempt to demystify the technology so that it can be held accountable under civil and human rights law.

4. On Documentation and Outreach

My current activities consist of documenting these operations and reaching out to experts in technology, ethics, and law to verify my findings. Seeking expert consultation is the standard practice for good-faith research. It is not a "demon demo" or an attempt to usurp a spiritual role. It is the process of gathering evidence.

5. Verification of Conduct

Regarding specific allegations about my conduct: I assert that I have not engaged in harmful activities. I welcome a forensic audit of my internet service provider data and device history to confirm this. The fact that operators continue to assert these claims without evidence, while accusing me of lying, only serves to highlight the gap between their operational narrative and the verifiable facts of my history.

6. Clarification of My Position: Identity, Faith, and the Nature of Consent

Given the shifting accusations from the operators, it is necessary to formally clarify my own identity, beliefs, and the fundamental misunderstanding of my role in this situation.

A. My Identity: Human, Faithful, and Non-Consenting

I am not, nor have I ever claimed to be, an angelic being. I am a human being, tied to this physical world. Unlike the surveillance operators who utilize these technologies to disassociate from their physical forms and actions, I remain firmly grounded.

I am a person of faith. I believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I do not see myself as an angel or a demon; I see myself as a sinner saved by grace, attempting to document harmful actions so that they may be exposed to the light. I reject any label that seeks to strip me of my humanity, whether that label is "angel" or "demon," because those labels are used by the operators to dehumanize me and justify their actions.

B. The Strategy Behind the "Angel Wannabe" Accusation

The operators' strategy has shifted. Previously, they labeled me a "demon demo," a cryptic term that, based on their actions, insinuates a program designed to affect a target's well-being. Now that I am documenting this abuse and exposing their harmful actions to the world, they have switched tactics. By calling me an "angel wannabe," they are attempting to frame my documentation, my effort to ensure their harmful actions do not remain hidden, as a form of spiritual arrogance. It is a classic inversion.

C. Affirmation of TI Literature and Validation of Claims

I am not alone in these experiences. The literature on Targeted Individuals validates my claims. Various authors have documented how targets are subjected to non-consensual psychological operations. These accounts confirm that this is not isolated paranoia but an organized phenomenon.

These authors and countless other TIs have documented that the perpetrators of these crimes often include individuals involved in organized networks. This aligns with my experiences.

D. Conclusion on Identity and Allegations

I am not mentally unwell in the manner the operators claim. I am a human being with faith in Christ, experiencing the documented effects of being a non-consensual target of organized surveillance abuse. I do not claim to be an angel, and I reject being labeled a demon. I am a witness.

The operators may view themselves as executing judgment, but their actions—including harmful practices against vulnerable individuals and the targeting of non-consenting civilians—are contrary to the values they claim to represent.

7. On Humility, Cultural Identity, and Accountability

Another reason I am not claiming to be an angel or a saint is simple: I am not delusional enough to think I am a sinless, saintly person. Like most people, I grew up exposed to the same types of media and cultural content that often contain violence and harmful messages. I have not lived a life of exceptional virtue that would warrant viewing myself as particularly angelic or saintly. I am, by my own admission, a flawed human being.

The surveillance operators accuse me of exposing their harmful actions as an attempt to paint myself as saintly or angelic. Let me be clear: I am a flawed human being who loves science and objectivity, who appreciates truth, and who puts my faith in Jesus Christ as a follower of Christ. I do not see myself as trying to paint myself as an angel or a saint. I am not trying to be particularly likeable. However, compared to the surveillance operators, who engage in psychological manipulation and the targeting of civilians, I am not the one causing harm. That is not a claim of sainthood; it is a statement of observable reality.

Traditionally, I come from a collectivist culture; my family heritage is Chinese. In collectivist societies, the individual is not often elevated to the status of a saint or an angel. I am not out of touch with reality to the point of believing I should feel no shame. In fact, even knowing about these harmful activities is disturbing, not because of anything I have done, but because human beings are doing this to other human beings.

Some of these operators show a lack of respect for human beings, of any nation, of any social stratum. They think they are above the law. This is why they feel no shame targeting random people like me with their technology. These are harmful experiments and projects, and they feel justified because they harbor ill will toward certain targets.

8. Declaration of Faith and Protection

Regardless of generational harm or technological warfare they attempt to wield against me, I remain steadfast in my faith. I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I speak against all harmful attempts in the name of Jesus Christ.

No harmful plan will succeed against me. Jesus Christ is with me. I am not like them. I do not do these things to anyone. I will never be a part of them.

9. A Call for Accountability

Let me also address the full scope of what these surveillance operators do. They claim to be authorities, but let us be clear about the reality of their methods.

Among these operators are individuals who allow the most harmful members of their group to manipulate others. Some actively try to manipulate me into harmful outcomes. What must be documented is that some of them try to plant harmful ideas in my mind, using their technology, so that they can then claim that I am the one who is depraved. They attempt to sow these harmful seeds in my consciousness, hoping that they can use the mere presence of these thoughts—thoughts they inserted—as evidence against me.

Think about how unlawful this is. These people claim to be authorities. They possess invasive technology that allows them to project thoughts, images, and desires into the minds of non-consenting civilians. And what do they use this technology for? They use it to sow harmful ideas into a target's mind, then turn around and accuse that person of being the one who is harmful. They create the very thoughts they then use to condemn you.

This is the level of harm we are dealing with. They are not righteous authorities. They are individuals who have taken advanced technology and turned it into a tool for psychological manipulation and the planting of harmful ideas into innocent people.

And they do this while claiming moral superiority. They then use those induced thoughts as justification for further abuse.

You need to see how unlawful these people are. They claim to be authorities, yet they sow harmful ideas in people's minds. They project harmful content and then blame the victim for having been exposed to it. This is not justice. This is not righteousness. This is organized, technologically-enabled harmful behavior masquerading as legitimate work.

I document this not because I enjoy speaking about such subjects, but because the truth must be exposed. These operators are not who they claim to be. Their technology is being used for harmful purposes. Their attempts to plant these ideas in my mind will fail, because I reject them and their harmful words. I reject their suggestions. I reject their projections. I reject their attempts to make me into something I am not. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, and I will not be shaped by the harm they try to inject into me.

May God have mercy on their souls, if they ever truly seek it.

Conclusion

I am a civilian documenting a pattern of behavior. I am not a "wannabe angel," nor am I a "demon," nor a "witch." I am a person who has expressed concern at specific, documented actions, and I am seeking accountability for the use of advanced technology to harass and manipulate. Any claims to the contrary are part of the psychological operation designed to discredit the messenger in order to protect the methodology.
