A Note on My Position and Identity

Before I begin, I want to be clear about who I am and where I stand.

I am a lawful Canadian. I love living in Canada. I am a Chinese Canadian. I love China and my heritage. I also recognize that wrongdoing exists in all nations. I believe every nation has strengths and weaknesses.

Most importantly, I trust the gospel and believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. My faith is central to who I am. It has given me healing, wisdom, truth, love, and life.

I support the United States as a nation and its people. What I am opposing is a specific network of individuals within surveillance and intelligence structures who have weaponized their access against civilians. I know that these individuals do not represent their countries, their agencies, or their citizens. My critique is directed at specific actors who have chosen harmful actions, not at any nation or people group.

With that established, I will now document what has been done to me and what I have witnessed.

Part One: The Science of Coercion

I am a Targeted Individual (TI). For the purposes of public documentation, I use the alias Ana. I have spent years cataloguing the methodology used against me and other TIs.

The Technological Backbone

The Book for the Targeted Individual and Gang Stalking Victim by TI Paladin provides extensive background information regarding the science and technology behind this activity. Paladin documents several key mechanisms:

  • Voice to Skull (V2K): Directed audio signals that allow perpetrators to project voices directly into a target's head without external sound sources.

  • Microwave Auditory Effect: The use of pulsed microwave radiation to create audible sounds in the skull.

  • Directed Energy Weapons: Devices capable of producing pain, heat, or other physical sensations from a distance.

  • Electronic Surveillance: Continuous monitoring of communications, location, and data.

This is not speculative fiction. This is established technology that has been repurposed for civilian harassment. The constant sleep deprivation, the voices that appear to come from nowhere, the physical sensations—these are systematic methods designed to destabilize a person.

The Psychological Warfare Component

The technology serves a psychological purpose. Perpetrators use these tools to create:

  • Social isolation

  • Sleep deprivation

  • Auditory hallucinations that mimic internal thought

  • Physical discomfort that cannot be externally verified

The goal is to make the target appear unstable to outside observers, thereby discrediting any future allegations. This is a calculated strategy.

Part Two: The Operators

The phenomenon has a clear hierarchy. Understanding this structure is essential to understanding how the operation functions.

The Operatives

A specific phenomenon I have observed is what I will call the marriage delusion. Some individuals are told—or convince themselves—that they have a special connection to the target. This serves two purposes:

  • It ensures loyalty through a false promise of significance

  • It provides psychological justification for obsessive behavior

This is not romance. This is a harmful tactic. The individuals perpetuating this delusion are part of a larger structure.

The Coordinators

Along with the operatives are the coordinators. These individuals manage the day-to-day harassment, direct the surveillance, and ensure that the psychological warfare remains consistent. They operate from a distance, using technology.

The Financiers

Above the coordinators are the financiers. In my case, I have documented evidence of an elite family and a corporation that fund this operation.

The Scope of Surveillance

The surveillance extends beyond me. It reaches others in my life. The perpetrators have implied that they surveil anyone I interact with. The purpose of this broader surveillance is psychological—to make me feel as if their surveillance of others is somehow my responsibility. This logic is false. It is a manipulation tactic.

Part Three: The Projection Tactic

There is a pattern in organized harassment that the clinical literature recognizes as projection. Whatever exists within the perpetrators, they will accuse the target of embodying that very thing.

When I began studying available resources on this phenomenon, the perpetrators' behavior shifted. Almost immediately, the accusations started. Some called me a liar. Some attempted to paint me as unstable.

I am neither unstable nor nervous. I am calm. I am documenting. My calmness provokes them because they cannot break me.

Part Four: The Narcissistic Justification

There is a specific mentality that drives some of the individuals surveilling me and other Targeted Individuals. It is not merely cruelty. For some, it is a deeply held belief that they are above normal human beings.

The "Like Angels" Justification

Some of these individuals genuinely believe they are not bound by the same rules as the rest of humanity. Some claim authority for unlawful surveillance because they see themselves as like biblical angels. They believe they are untouchable.

The "Extension of Me" Delusion

Some of these individuals claim that they are an extension of me. This is a psychological boundary violation that serves to justify their intrusion. By claiming to be part of me, they attempt to erase the distinction between self and other.

Others call me "lawless." They blame me for their own lawlessness. They project their harmful actions onto me.

This is not theology. This is pathology.

Part Five: Why I Document This

I document this to ensure that these individuals do not start a world war. I document this to keep the world safer. People need to know what some of these individuals harbor.

You can accuse me of lies about my intentions. You can accuse me of issues I do not have. But the truth remains.

These are easy statements for me to make because they are true.

Part Six: A Call to Experts and Authorities

I continue to call on:

  • Psychologists who can differentiate between internally generated experiences and externally induced manipulation

  • Experts in cult dynamics who understand how manipulation tactics work

  • Religious scholars who can speak to the spiritual dangers of technological deception

  • Technology researchers who can study the capabilities of these tools

  • Government oversight bodies who can investigate the misuse of surveillance technology

I have been writing to embassies, consulates, and agencies. I have documented everything.

Part Seven: My Faith and My Struggle

I was agnostic before the pandemic. The years of harassment and technological manipulation did not make me a Christian. What made me a Christian was the realization that God is real, God is good, and Jesus Christ died for my sins.

The perpetrators try to use my faith against me. They try to make me doubt. They try to make me feel like a hypocrite. But I know the truth. God knows my heart.

I am not what they accuse me of being. I am a Christian who has been targeted by an organized network with access to advanced technology. And I am not going to let them steal my faith, my sanity, or my witness.

A Prayer for Deliverance

Heavenly Father,

I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know what has been done to me. You see the forced thoughts, the manipulated perceptions, and the false accusations.

I ask for Your protection over my mind. Guard my thoughts from intrusion. Shield my perceptions from distortion.

I pray for other targets experiencing similar manipulation. Protect them. Give them discernment.

And I pray for the perpetrators. I pray that they would stop. I pray that they would face accountability.
