SECTION 1: THE THREAT
What is the threat?
The reporter (Ana, alias) has been the target of a sustained, transnational, technologically enabled campaign of harassment, surveillance, psychological warfare, ritualistic abuse, and what is believed to constitute torture, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.
Methods used by perpetrators:
- Directed energy weapons
- Voice-to-skull (V2K) projection
- Image and dream manipulation
- Remote physical sensation induction
- Occult rituals (including Baal Peor worship, satanic ritual sacrifice, and perversion of the Christian Eucharist)
- Forced intrusive thoughts
- Attempts to induce mental illness (schizophrenia, psychosis, depression) – termed "reverse conversion therapy"
Why did it happen?
Ana is not a political dissident and has never been involved in criminal activity. Vulnerability developed during the COVID-19 pandemic while living abroad (Canada and New York City). Ana believes selection as a target was due to vulnerability, isolation, and possibly Chinese Canadian heritage and Christian faith.
Perpetrators refer to Ana as a "war" and a "war whore" and state explicitly that what they are doing is a "war crime."
How is this a threat?
The threat is to:
- Mental and physical health (induced cognitive decline, suicidal ideation, permanent psychological damage)
- Cognitive autonomy (inability to distinguish reality from imposed hallucinations)
- Religious freedom (forced occult rituals, perversion of Christian faith)
- Life itself (perpetrators tell Ana to die, to go, to end her life)
- Family members (perpetrators monitor them; they could become collateral damage)
Specific threat – "Signing the deal with the devil"
Ana has been actively writing to authorities (ethics committees, human rights bodies, police) and signing correspondence with real, identified information (email, phone number, location).
In response, perpetrators state that by writing to authorities with real identity and telling the truth about experiences, Ana is allegedly "signing the deal with the devil."
They explicitly state this means "signing away a life" – implying either Ana's life or her mother's life.
This constitutes a direct, veiled death threat.

Based on perpetrators' statements and operational patterns, they appear to be based in or operating from the United States. Their exact physical addresses are unknown. They use technology that allows remote perpetration.

Statement about family: Ana's family members are completely decent, law-abiding citizens. They are not political dissidents. They have done nothing wrong. Concern for their safety exists solely because of their connection to Ana.

Note on authorities being contacted: Perpetrators are actively cursing these authorities, hoping they will "show a Baal" (engage in satanic child sacrifice) or that their mother will kill them (or vice versa). This is documented so authorities are fully aware of the nature of the individuals involved.
SECTION 4: CLASSIFICATION UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW
Based on Ana's direct experiences and perpetrators' own statements, the following acts are believed to constitute crimes under the Rome Statute:

SECTION 5: REQUESTS
Ana requests that the receiving office:
- Become aware that this technology exists and is being used against civilians transnationally, including as a method of torture and war crimes.
- Recognize that the acts described – war on consciousness, spiritual harassment, reverse conversion therapy, technologically enabled torture, and death threats – constitute crimes against humanity under the Rome Statute.
- Consider issuing guidance to local Public Security Bureaus (especially in Wuhan, Wuchang District, and Hubei Province) about the potential reach of this technology.
- Take steps to protect ordinary citizens – including Ana's family members – from being surveilled or harmed by foreign networks. At minimum, be aware that they may be monitored.
- Consider referring this matter to higher government bodies, international criminal tribunals, or the UN Human Rights Council if appropriate.
- Document the perpetrators' curses and threats against authorities as further evidence of their criminal intent and cruel nature.
Clarification: Ana is not requesting any investigation into her family. They are innocent. The request is for awareness, protection, and accountability for what are believed to be war crimes and crimes against humanity.

SECTION 7: PERSONAL STATEMENT FROM ANA
I am now taking a more lawful approach to documenting my research and sharing my statement. I am bringing this to lawful organizations, human rights committees, and properly documenting the war crimes they are committing.
Many of them have now been trying, subtly, to sway the target – to groom me into liking them more, so that I can be gaslit into believing the abuse wasn't as bad as it truly was.
If it weren't for the divine faith I have in Jesus Christ – the strength, clarity, and health He gives me to document and write these things – I would have been worn down long ago. They often tell you to die, to go, to get away with this and move on. But I can in good faith attest: I am not exaggerating their crimes. If anything, there are things even worse that I cannot write down because they are too explicit to put into words.
From a Christian perspective: God is all about mercy, repentance, and forgiveness. And I still pray for their repentance and mercy. I truly do.
But some of these people are adamant – they want to see me and the people I love brought to our end, and in deeply negative ways. That is not justice. That is not what I see in the Christian faith I carry.
So I call out their presence and their intentions. Not out of hatred – out of truth.
Only God judges me and my family in the afterlife. In the meantime, what they do is not justice rooted in Christian faith. It is not rooted in mercy, forgiveness, or love.
I still pray for them. But the war crimes still need to be documented nonetheless.
