A Statement on the Overarching Situation: US Surveillance Abuse, Geopolitical Intentions, and My Testimony of Faith in Jesus Christ

Part One: The Overarching Situation – A Strategy for Exposing and Documenting
I am writing this as a separate message to explain the overarching situation regarding the US surveillance abuse and targeting, the geopolitical intentions behind it, and my actual testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
The US surveillance network – involving military, intelligence, corporate, and occult-affiliated individuals – is targeting me as part of a broader strategy. This strategy includes geopolitical objectives, economic manipulation, religious exploitation, and the use of advanced technology to surveil, harass, and control individuals across nations. While I am not surprised if other intelligence agencies and networks abroad do similar things, the focus of my testimony is on this network because they claim to be Christians while doing these things.
From a biblical perspective, this network operates in ways that show aspects of how antichrists operate – by perverting the message of the gospel, despite knowing they are intentionally doing this, playing ignorance or acting as if they know less or are purer than they actually are. They are trying to trigger conflict, identify harmful spiritual influences to bring about end times scenarios, and root their actions in a sense of falling empire, changing geopolitical climate, natural disasters, overpopulation, and declining quality of life. They are now trying to manufacture World War III.
Part Two: Geopolitical Intentions – Manufacturing War and Chaos
Among the sea of chaos, news, good and bad, and a lot of other things happening, they target me as a person they accuse and intimidate. They call me a "demonic choice" and try to sacrifice me to harmful spiritual forces through ritual abuse and harm to my parents and me. They try to spiritually oppress me, among other things, and engage in deviant, immoral, and harmful practices to sow more calamity, sin, and lawlessness.
They treat me as a secret, unremarkable idol for them to desecrate, harm, and fantasize about in the worst ways – treating me as a child, trying to make me mentally unwell and hopeless, wanting world war and the end times. They try to trigger negative emotions through trauma and spiritual harassment, making this another data point among the other things they do to sow lawlessness and bad information in the world.
At the same time, they are cherry-picking and finding prophets and saints in the world, stealing their biometric data. They hope that after they do these things, they can abide with them through surveillance and astral projection into the minds of moral, spiritually high, and wise people who are also Christian. They hope to secretly spend time there without the person's knowledge, to artificially sanctify themselves and be like thieves – to save themselves and repent of their choices to sin and do these harmful things in the military and for corporations, after they "use up" people like me.
Part Three: Leveraging AI, Language Models, and Prophetic Data
They also try to leverage large AI algorithms and language models, using data from prophets to hopefully predict other nations' moves – like China – and outwit opponents in geopolitical, war, economic, technology, and moral strategies. They are constantly rewriting and rewiring the entire Pentagon-Hollywood production to make America seem like the more Christian nation, the better people.
Even though certain political figures may be helping harmful systems, Baal worshippers, and people who call themselves Christians while acting otherwise, they help achieve these war motivations and make money off war. They behave like conquerors and liberators who are dismantling and waging war with non-Christian nations. They now feel justified in their harmful and deceitful actions toward China, persecuting them since they are not traditionally Christian, hence not completely aligned with Jesus Christ. This makes them feel justified to do this, again leveraging Christianity for their own worldly benefit more than actually sharing the message of the gospel through peace, love, and goodness.
If you are claiming yourself as Christian and presenting yourself as such on a global perspective, you need to be more responsible with behaving Christ-like. Even the Bible teaches through Jesus Christ's gospel that the ignorant will be hit with fewer blows than the servant who knows yet still does wicked things. Even if a political figure calls himself Christian, if he is behaving not Christ-like and supporting antichrists, warmongers, and sowing more racism, elitism, classism, and tainting the perceptions of Christians and Christianity and Jesus Christ, he would be even more responsible. They hope this would make other leaders look bad, like leaders who do not claim to be Christian at all. Despite this, from my perspective, I pray toward everyone in the world – including world leaders – to have salvation and faith in Jesus Christ and God, to hope that they are saved and believers of Christ. It is not that China does not want people to not be Christians; it is just that they are concerned about governance and lawfulness due to the sheer number of people in the country, and historical cultural reasons. I also empathize because I also love the people and would want none of them to perish, but I also am afraid of how people will respond and do not have enough wisdom to know how to govern. I already feel beyond privileged to be able to be a Christian in Canada, despite also being persecuted in this insidious way that is invisible to the public eye.
At least I do respect that the USA can be open toward their acceptance of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and that their president is also open about his religion. But one must ensure to be responsible and not exploit Christianity by calling oneself as such but doing the opposite.
The US surveillers excuse the evil they do to me as saying it is to "test" my spirit, while some of them hope I would hate Christianity due to the abuse they do to me while some of them pretend to be angels. I remember they are not God and also sinners like me, not inherently more moral or ethical – literally the contrary – despite them mocking me as being a covert narcissist doing this to make myself seem better than others, which is not the case nor my intent. Likewise, I am not exploiting Christianity for my personal gains to feel better than others, nor am I inherently better than others.
They also mock me as being complicit in crimes and sins, just because prior to me being Christian, I was not actively fighting crimes against people, though I was not participating nor liked people who did, nor knew people online or offline who did. Now that I am Christian, I definitely do want to actively fight crime and lawlessness to make the world a safer place, not only to benefit me and people in my life but everyone else too.
Part Four: How They Tried to Twist My Faith – And How God Delivered Me
Initially, they wanted to persecute me by doing harmful things and teaching false teachings about Jesus Christ. They tried to be like church persecutors who would poison the message of the gospel in my perception, sexualizing the gospel and teachings and tainting the perception of Jesus Christ to make Him associated with these US surveillance individuals. They hoped that I would then completely turn against Christianity and the church and say bad things about the church because of people like them.
But it did the opposite. God delivered me from their low-level lies. He revealed that actual Christians in my real life are far from them. He showed me that I need God and Jesus Christ's salvation and grace, and that I love Him and His truth and gospel. God carried my parents and me to the church where we met the most loving, kind Christians – people who support and believe us and love us, also from similar family and heritage backgrounds. This reminded me that Christians are from all races and religions.
Initially they hoped to make me feel isolated and a victim of racism if it were only these American elites perverting Christianity. But it did the opposite effect, and instead makes me love the church all the more, as well as the kind, Christian, empathetic, intelligent people I know who are Christians. This is why I believe God brings me to His church and loves me. Truly, the Christians and the angels in my life and my mom's life are from Him.
Part Five: Their New Strategy – Accusing Me of Complicity
That is why the new strategy of the US surveillers is to try to say that I am complicit in their lawlessness of surveilling and harming people around me. This is alleged since I do not actually see the things they do nor experience the things they do. But they try to link me to a child from my church despite my lack of interest or connection and no harmful intent toward her. It is insidious nonetheless.
My next steps are to make an official government or parliamentary report about this, since I need to expose my knowledge and experiences and also get safety for others. I certainly do not want to be called complicit in these individuals' plans. They constantly try to make me feel guilty, saying I am complicit in crimes. This is false. They say that since I knew of stories like the Nth Room, I am complicit due to not being able to do more about terrible people like them doing evil things to other innocent victims. They try to make me forget that I and my parents are actually victims and survivors. They try to make me feel guilty for exposing them and trying to do more to help victims, be a truth teller, and vouch for safer internet, proper education, less racism, and more belief in Jesus Christ and Christianity.
I also want to say that Christianity is an international religion, not just for white people, despite the fact that they say this is me appealing to white people. This is again them trying to mock me and make me doubt my authenticity in my love of Jesus Christ, along with their harmful abuses, trying to pit me and my spirit against the church and Christianity.
Part Six: I Do Not Cross Boundaries – I Try to Be Kind and Decent
All this to say, I also do not date or cross boundaries of others in my life. I just try to be kind and decent to them, but also thankful they accept me and my mom as a part of their church community and university community. I do not want more than basic acceptance and comfort of their kindness, decency, and humanity – which is lacking often in how the US surveillers treat me, trying to make me internalize their abuses and false perception of me being an antichrist, demon, witch, pedophile, prostitute, racist, among other harmful things they accuse me of being.
I rebuke their harmful words in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Part Seven: They Falsely Claim They Are Curing Me
They also are trying to falsely convince me that they are curing me. This is completely false, since it is Jesus Christ who cures me, and the people around me, and my own obedience to Jesus Christ, listening to His word and how to live in obedience with the law. I also try to repent of my judgmentalness and try to show love and goodness to others. Despite the fact that it is not them curing me or leading me to the truth and motivating me to write these things, sometimes they do pray for my healing – some of them, at least.
I do not exploit the gospel or Christianity to benefit myself to feel superior, morally or otherwise, nor try to make money from the gospel – which some of them initially tried to convince me to do, or to make me a Jezebel and pretend they didn't know. They mock me and my intelligence and my appearance and the appearance of my parents, treating me below human, infantilizing me among other things.
Even if they do work with other intelligence agencies regarding my case, there is no doubt they will stitch up an unreal, inaccurate, biased, racist, and perverse depiction of me. They try to trigger me through traumatic ritual abuse to make me not in the right state of mind, to feel angry, agitated, fearful, sad, traumatized, and dissociated – to make me look heartless, racist, wicked, evil, hopeless, and deserving of their abuse. Instead of showing kindness during these moments, they try to double down on making my trauma worse, if they can get away with it. Hence why I am now documenting this.
Part Eight: Intelligence Agencies and Their False Narratives
Because apparently there can be other international intelligence agencies aware of what is going on. They will sometimes tell me to put on a show and to embarrass myself – like take selfies, or even encourage me to do inappropriate things – while simultaneously calling me unattractive and unlikeable. They mock me and make a fool of myself, while saying I am unattractive, dull, and unlikable. They try to make me embarrass myself and seem hateful and racist, to then convince other intelligence agencies that it is righteous and just that they do this to me.
Specifically, they try to make me seem jealous and hateful toward innocent civilians, and seem like a menace to society – despite it being them manufacturing this through ritualized occult abuse to try to make me into these things. Then, after the fact, they would justify their abuse of me and the torment they put me through as just, claiming they are trying to make society a safer place. But in reality, they are encouraging society to be a less safe place because they even encourage me to be a criminal among other things, and do not care if I am since it would just be another data point and prove their point of me being of bad character.
This is scary. Of course I put my faith in Jesus Christ, grace, mercy, and love. But imagine others who might have been more impressionable to their harmful sensory-based projection and telehaptics abuse. They even tried to make me a school shooter, among other things. I have heard of other targeted individuals saying that allegedly DARPA and these programs in the USA manufacture criminals and trauma victims – referencing the Epstein files.
Part Nine: On the Epstein Files and Targeted Individual Programs
The Epstein Files have become a significant source of documentation regarding networks of abuse, sex trafficking, and the protection of powerful individuals. There are now AI-native documentary podcasts and datasets analyzing the Jeffrey Epstein case at scale, with over 3 million pages of DOJ documents, court records, flight logs, and public resources . These datasets have been curated from reputable public sources, including the U.S. Department of Justice Epstein Library, House Oversight Committee releases, and unsealed federal court documents . The files include unsealed court filings, FBI reports, DOJ publications, and other official investigative records .
Some targeted individuals have alleged that DARPA and similar programs in the USA are involved in manufacturing criminals and trauma victims. DARPA is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, a separately organized agency within the Department of Defense that serves as the central research and development organization . It pursues innovative research projects, including advanced technology development. The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence oversees intelligence activities and programs of the U.S. government, including covert actions and intelligence operations . They maintain oversight over the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, and the intelligence activities of the FBI .
While it is important to note that DARPA's publicly stated mission is to maintain U.S. technological superiority , and the Senate Intelligence Committee provides legislative oversight to ensure intelligence activities conform with the Constitution and laws , the allegations from targeted individuals suggest that some of these technologies and programs may be misused for harmful purposes against civilians.
A reminder that the gospel message of Jesus Christ says to test spirits, and that not all who say they are Christians are of Christ. For instance, certain political figures and corporate or military people calling themselves Christians – perhaps some are, but others, if they call themselves this yet do these harmful things to me through action, you cannot completely trust what they do. Objectively, what they do to me is not Christ-like. Even if they do this saying it is death row, or as if I am a terrorist, wouldn't they passively watching me be better than actively trying to make me tormented like demons harassing me and doing research on me through actively trying to trigger or traumatize me or do extra-sensory perception and conversion to sexual deviancy among other lies? This is literally what they do. Plus many of the people doing the surveillance aren't even police or authority or agents but are people in corporate networks and elite families who are witches, warlocks, pedophiles, nepotists, and entertainers who do this because it is enjoyable to them. They are satanists who literally do Baal Peor worship and human trafficking to fuel their harmful activities. This is the composition of the entire group, so it is not only for safety reasons, objectively. If they say otherwise, they lie to themselves. If you spend time with these elites in American corporate circles, you know what I mean. Just going to their parties or in their circle, you know I am not exaggerating on how harmful and vile some of the pedophile elites are. This is literally documented in the Epstein files, so I am not exaggerating on the evil that is also leaching onto targets like me, beyond other excuses of scientific research to help trauma healing, understanding people's faith in Jesus Christ, along with it being a terrorist demonically toward civilians and children, etc. – all of which are lies.
Part Ten: The USA Uses AI and Biometric Abuse to Shift Narratives
The USA uses this type of AI algorithm technology, spying, biometric abuse, and leverage to always shift the changing geopolitical and global narrative to make themselves seem the most Christian, the better nation, the less bad guys, and the more godly – while trying to make other nations seem like the antagonists, the bad guys, the less godly. Like me.
The fact that I am alive and Christian, they constantly 24/7 try to take the chance to "switch" this, to make me turn away from my love of Jesus Christ if possible. They even try to negatively influence my intelligence, emotional control, executive functioning, and also try to influence my mom's brain this way.
So of course, the elephant in the room is that the environmental garbage of the noise pollution they do with their technology is definitely not healthy and potentially really damaging to my brain and nervous system. But it is my faith in Jesus Christ and reading the gospel that I am having and experiencing miracles of healing, to understand the message of the gospel and love Jesus Christ. They try to take credit of this too, and convince me I am their proprietary "property" along with inappropriate undertones, to say as if I belong to them to leverage in science and medical-related pursuits even after death. This is inappropriate and I do not consent. Nor do God, Jesus Christ, nor my family and I will step foot in the USA in my life. Amen. I am also not their property.
They try to make me feel special about having their surveillance attention to say as if this gave me a purpose in life that I would otherwise not fulfill and be mediocre and forgotten and not important. But this is false. I know I would prefer a peaceful, private life, just as I have always done. There is no evidence of my past life prior to this that would suggest otherwise – that I would sign up for this, even now, especially since they are not even Christians and do not want good things toward me actually nor China.
Part Eleven: DARPA Foreign Participation and Oversight
DARPA's Triage Challenge is open to foreign participants and organizations, as stated in their BAA: "non-U.S. organizations and/or individuals may participate to the extent that such participants comply with any necessary nondisclosure agreements, security regulations, export control laws, and other governing statutes applicable under the circumstances" . This indicates that DARPA's research and challenges have international reach and involve foreign entities, which may be relevant to understanding how these technologies and programs operate globally.
The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence has statutory oversight over intelligence activities, including covert actions and intelligence operations . The Committee was created by the Senate in 1976 to "oversee and make continuing studies of the intelligence activities and programs of the United States Government" and to provide "vigilant legislative oversight over the intelligence activities of the United States to assure that such activities are in conformity with the Constitution and laws of the United States" .
Part Twelve: International Oversight – The UN Subcommittee for the Prevention of Torture
The United Nations Subcommittee for the Prevention of Torture (SPT) is a treaty body that conducts visits to places of detention and examines the treatment of detainees . The SPT was established under the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment . The SPT has the mandate to "visit States that have ratified the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture, during the course of which it may visit any place where people may be deprived of their liberty and assist those States in preventing torture and ill‑treatment" .
The SPT has warned that conditions in some facilities may constitute inhuman or degrading treatment under international law . This body represents an international mechanism for preventing torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. The existence of such international oversight mechanisms may be relevant for targeted individuals seeking to document and report abuse. The SPT has conducted more than 100 visits to countries that have ratified the Optional Protocol .
The SPT carries out unannounced visits to places of detention, including police stations, prisons, psychiatric facilities, and immigration centers, and works with national bodies to improve measures preventing torture and ill-treatment . The Subcommittee communicates its observations and recommendations to States through confidential reports, which it encourages countries to make public .
Part Thirteen: How I Came to Faith – Science and the Gospel
I want to be clear about how I came to faith. It is through reading the Bible, learning science, and being educated at the college level that I actually accepted Jesus Christ as God. I hope science does not dissuade you from considering the gospel more seriously. I hope you will seriously take this as truth, and take the Bible seriously – as I do, since I believe in the message of Jesus Christ as God.
By understanding this, you will understand what the USA is trying to do right now, and how they are trying to make themselves seem like the good guys overall, and try to make other nations seem like the bad guys – even though this is inherently making them also the bad guys. Some of the surveillers are objectively bad. They take advantage of leveraging the gospel for their own benefit. They engage in harmful acts. They are obviously not living according to how Christians should live. They are greedy, they engage in unethical and unlawful experimentation on civilians. They ignore the fact that there are Christians across nations, including China.
I do not call the network "the antichrist system." Part Fourteen: A Prayer for Protection and Healing
Heavenly Father, I pray for protection over myself, my mom, my dad, and all targeted individuals. I pray for healing from the trauma they have inflicted. I pray for wisdom, discernment, and strength to endure. I pray that You would expose the wrongdoing of those who abuse power and technology. I pray for justice, mercy, and truth to prevail. I pray for the salvation of all people, including those who have harmed me. In the name of Jesus Christ, I declare love, protection, and grace. Amen.
I bless my mom. I bless my dad. I bless all who read these words. I thank God for His grace, for the support I receive, and for the awareness that I could easily be without a home – yet He carries me through.
