This constitutes a profound and unlawful overreach of human rights that transcends borders.

One particularly unethical element of this broader surveillance campaign is their implied practice of searching globally for individuals they refer to as "elects"—those they perceive as spiritually awakened or morally upright. Based on their actions and communications, this may involve:

  • Monitoring individuals who embody religious or moral virtues.
  • Collecting information about personal values, lifestyles, and behaviours.
  • Attempting to analyze or define moral character.
  • Using such information in ways that may be intrusive or exploitative.
  • Projecting influence over individuals’ emotions or behaviour in ways they believe affect broader systems.

  • Uncertainty about where to seek appropriate help or resources.

These factors have influenced the timing of my actions. I acknowledge that I am continuing to seek clarity, support, and appropriate next steps.

I have made efforts to speak with authorities, healthcare professionals, spiritual advisors, and trusted individuals. Even when clear evidence is difficult to present, these experiences remain significant to me and deserve to be addressed with care and support.
