PART 2: WHO THEY TARGET AND WHAT THE TECHNOLOGY CAN DO

Based on what the people behind the voices have told me over years of surveillance, I've learned that this technology allows its operators to target anyone, anywhere, at any time. They are not limited by geography, social status, or nationality.

They've made it clear they can spy on anyone based on their own biased criteria, criteria that seems to come from American elite institutions, the military, corporations, research institutions, and entertainment industry circles. They select people to target and exploit through this technology with or without those individuals' knowledge or consent. In my case, they made themselves known. In other cases, based on what they've told me, targets may have no idea they're being watched.

The criteria they use appears to include:

  • Race and ethnicity. They've commented on mine and others'.

  • Perceived spiritual significance. They hunt for what the Bible calls "the elect", spiritually aware or religious individuals. They've told me this directly.

  • Class and social standing. They're more vocal and obvious with their harassment toward underprivileged people, those with less education, less financial support, fewer connections.

  • Perceived moral character. They seem to make themselves known more to people they view as less moral or ethical, the less educated, the less spiritually aware, people more easily influenced by social media and entertainment.

  • Random selection. Sometimes they admit they choose people simply out of curiosity or for entertainment. Human beings as playgrounds.

This isn't speculation. They've told me directly that they're surveilling some of my closest friends, men and women of different races and ages. They've accused me of being complicit because I didn't initially file reports or document these experiences in detail. They've asked why I didn't know who to reach out to, why I couldn't find experts in this area of surveillance harassment. As if that's my failure, not theirs.

What I Know About Them

While I can't definitively state the full scope of their targeting or confirm exactly which age groups are involved, the individuals surveilling me have made statements about themselves and done things with this technology that identify them as pedophiles. I don't have direct evidence that minors are being targeted, but their own confessions, combined with their apparent connections to networks similar to those exposed in the Epstein files, raise what I believe is a genuine and grave concern.

Not just for me, but others who are also victims, knowingly or not.

They've told me enough about how they operate that I would be irresponsible not to warn others: if they can do this to me, they can do this to anyone. And based on what they've revealed about themselves, some of them would enjoy targeting the most vulnerable among us.
