Part 2, Par Sovereignty: The Psychology of Elite Evil and Power Without Accountability

In which I examine the psychological profile of those who operate without oversight, the historical precedents for mind-control operations, and the war on consciousness playing out beneath the surface of public life.

2.1 The Profile: Narcissism, Psychopathy, and the Sense of Being Above the Law

I am not surprised that some of these people are adamant about destroying my life. This is not random cruelty. It is the predictable output of a particular kind of power structure.

There is a well-documented psychological profile among those who ascend to positions of significant power without meaningful accountability. Narcissism, psychopathy, and a sense of being "above the law" are not incidental—they are often selection criteria. These individuals feel justified in doing to others what they would never tolerate being done to themselves.

2.2 Race, Nationality, and the Fantasy of Transgression

My status as a Chinese Canadian adds a dimension that seems to matter to them. I am outside the bounds of their nationality, which means to them I am outside the bounds of law and moral consideration entirely. Imposing their will across borders gives them a sense of significance—a fantasy that their technology and knowledge can reach anywhere, affect anyone.

There is a symbolic dimension to this rooted in race and class. Corrupting someone from outside their imagined sphere of influence serves as a trophy—a demonstration that their reach knows no boundaries.

2.3 Historical Context: Video Resources on Mind-Control Programs and Elite Corruption

For those who want to understand the structures behind this kind of behavior, I have found the following resources valuable. They are not light viewing, but they provide historical and structural context that individual testimony alone cannot convey:

- The first video: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtlWoqWLm9Q) documents the connections between intelligence agencies, organized crime, and the development of psychological operations targeting civilians. What emerges is a picture of institutions operating without oversight, developing techniques of influence that were never meant to be used on citizens—but are.

-  The second video: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgGfQdv_rPc) traces the history of mind-control research and its migration from state programs into private networks. The continuity between documented programs like MKUltra and contemporary targeting practices is not theoretical—it is operational.

- The third video:  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PdfD44DkqA) examines the spiritual and symbolic dimensions of elite corruption, particularly the way esoteric traditions have been co-opted to justify rather than restrain power.

What these resources reveal is that what I am experiencing is not isolated. It is a known pattern with a known history.

2.4 Elitism as Moral Bankruptcy: A Christian Perspective

From a Christian perspective, what we are seeing is the opposite of lawfulness. Lawfulness begins with the admission of limitation—that one is flawed, a sinner, in need of grace. True righteousness turns toward kindness, virtue, protection of others, and if necessary, sacrifice. "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends" (John 15:13).

The elites I am dealing with operate on a different logic: they believe their power exempts them from this standard. They feel entitled to ruin lives because they can.

2.5 The War on Consciousness and the Competition of Morality

What we are witnessing is a war on consciousness. There is a competition underway not just for resources but for the framework of what is considered good, true, and real. Those running these operations are not neutral; they are actively trying to corrupt consciousness itself—to make the pure impure, to make the clean see filth, to make those who love goodness doubt whether goodness exists.

This is why they target people with genuine spiritual connection. My relationship with Jesus Christ, my experience of the Holy Spirit as sanctifier, seems to provoke them. They respond by doing the opposite: false flattery to induce pride, grotesque imagery to induce contamination, isolation to induce despair.
