The group behind this had made it directly known to me that they are based in the United States (one guy said that they were apparently one of the most powerful families in America), with international involvement. It seems to include high-level entities potentially connected to the military, CIA, secret societies and research institutions, universities, corporations, powerful families, and cult-like organizations such as Scientology, Illuminati, and Freemasonry. (See Appendix I for a detailed explanation of how Scientology's "auditing" practices have been adapted and weaponized through their surveillance technology.)

Some of these individuals have associated themselves with what is known as the "reptilian" or "lizard people" conspiracy theory, speaking of themselves in these terms and seeking immortality (see Appendix N for context on thinkers like Zagami and Icke). While I do not believe they are actually reptiles, such comments may relate to pointing out how others, those labelled as conspiracy theorists, have described them. (See Appendix K for context on the reptilian conspiracy theory and its origins.)

11.1 Group Composition and Affiliations

Some of them are connected, I believe, to the Epstein files and other powerful networks linked to Democrats, Hollywood and entertainment circles.** More often, I see these secret society groups, politicians, research and corporation leaders criticized or "exposed" by journalists in America and abroad, by Christian (e.g., Christian commentators and American churches) and non-Christians alike. They are increasingly called out for involvement in satanic ritual practices (as I have experienced)***. Although I provide some information, I recommend limiting this type of information and research, because it could be triggering, and not healthy towards mental and spiritual health. The fascination with hidden networks of power can itself become a trap****.

I urge readers to approach this information with recognition of the severity of these crimes. Rather than sensationalizing such news, we should view it with fear and turn to God. These things serve as a warning, they foreshadow corrupting influences that threaten our current and future generations. If we want a flourishing civilization, care of the wellness (mentally, physically, and spiritually) of our people, we cannot allow people in positions of power to engage in these evil practices, we need to protect our people from defiling, or sinful entertainment and media, and we need to teach lawfulness and morals based on Biblical teachings (e.g., the book of Proverbs, or the book of Wisdom, Deuteronomy, the Law of Moses, the parables taught by Jesus Christ, etc.)

I urge readers to approach this information with recognition of its seriousness rather than sensationalism. These things serve as a warning-they foreshadow corrupting influences that threaten current and future generations, globally. If we want a flourishing civilization with care for people's mental, physical, and spiritual wellness throughout all nations, along with diplomacy and aid towards all nations, holding leaders accountable, and advocating towards a more Faith-based, peaceful world, we cannot allow those in power to engage in these practices. We need to protect people from defiling entertainment and media, and teach lawfulness and morals based on timeless wisdom.

As I write this, some of those American-sounding voices surveilling me explicitly state they "want war". This should remind us all to pray for protection over the nations and their people, and to rebuke their curses and chantings, in the name of Jesus Christ.

11.2 Distorting Silence into Complicity

They twist my past silence about their abuse into a weapon against me. Their reasoning they are implying this is that, because God is Truth, anyone who loves God would expose evil. Therefore, they argue my silence about their abuses onto me and my family makes me complicit, as if I have aligned with worldly powers rather than the Bible.

They have also used my ethnicity in these accusations, implying my silence stems from being Chinese-that I am inherently unwilling to exercise free speech or reveal the truth. They suggest I am a passive observer who watches calamity unfold with detachment, rather than someone who acts with courage.

I do not feel angry at these accusations. That is what they want-to provoke emotional reactions. Instead, I choose understanding, repentance of my own sins, and commitment to truth.

Silence is not allegiance. I am no longer silent.

I declare I have no allegiance with these people or their actions. My allegiance is to Jesus Christ alone. I do not consent to their presence in my life or anyone else's. I am a victim, not a collaborator.

11.3 A Message to the Reader

I write this hoping you will believe what I share-not to sensationalize, seek attention, or create fear, but to testify to my experiences. More importantly, I write this as a call to Jesus Christ and renewed interest in the Bible.

If this account has moved you, I urge you: get a Bible and read it. It contains truth, wisdom, and history. It has the power to provide spiritual healing and meaning. To develop passion toward God is precious, more valuable than any worldly pursuit.

11.4 Their Capabilities and Crimes

Aside from the obvious intelligence gathering and security-related reasons, they appear to use their surveillance and telepresence technology to:

• Watch anyone, anywhere, without detection
• Gather private information without consent
• Invade individuals remotely, with or without awareness
• Exploit people through unlawful surveillance and data collection
• Blackmail and attempt to control people across society
• Simulate trauma to influence values, emotions, and behaviours
• Influence people's bodies and physiology in harmful and/or intrusive ways

They have demonstrated these capabilities to me through firsthand experience. They have implied criminal behaviour toward those close to me, named specific people they claim to target, and described violations they commit.

11.5 Recent Observed Behaviors

As of March 3, 2026, during the "Blood Moon," some individuals stated they were "praying for more apostasy"-that more people would fall away from Christianity. This reveals their opposition to genuine Faith, while many of the surveillance people claim they are "testing my Faith", as the Gospel teaches believers to do.

On a daily basis, I experience:

• False projections: They create heinous imagery and visuals using my image, designed to distress or anger me. They then accuse me of enjoying these things and call me "one of them," attempting to manufacture complicity where none exists.
• Monetary dehumanization: They constantly communicate a perceived "price" associated with me, placing monetary value on their surveillance and harassment.
• Idol symbolism and ritual connection: They also refer to me as a "bull"-a term with direct symbolic links to Baal worship and idolatry. This connects their baal-peor inspired rituals and human trafficking to secret, lawless surveillance projects.
• Delusional thinking about complicity: What reveals their disturbed mental state is that some genuinely seem to believe I enjoy being surveilled and watched.
• Legal threats: They threaten they will "sue me" for documenting these experiences and revealing it to the public. If they deny these allegations, they are lying to God.

11.6 Concerning Implications

What is particularly concerning is that some individuals appear to genuinely believe I am aligned with them and encourage their lawless behaviours and rituals, which reveal to me some psychological disturbance within this group. This is troubling given their high-level status, due to their access to power through military, corporate, and research institutions. They also state they hope I will experience cognitive decline and forgetfulness so my testimony becomes less credible. This is part of a calculated campaign to induce self-doubt. The fact that some of these individuals with apparent psychological instability have access to advanced surveillance technology and positions of influence should concern everyone. This is not merely about my personal torment through them-it is about unchecked power in the hands of morally compromised individuals.

11.7 I Am Not Complicit

I do not know how to contact them directly, nor do I have their real names or addresses. I have never spent time with them in person. Nevertheless, because they have made their immoral practices and technological capabilities known to me, I feel a moral and ethical duty to document their surveillancing.

11.8 A Note on the Epstein Case, Power, and Broader Context

The case of Jeffrey Epstein represents one of a gross and infuriating example of abuse of power in recent history. His crimes against vulnerable young people were profoundly evil, along with the harm caused to survivors, in addition to his associates and partners, who revealed their equally corruptible characters. What makes the situation particularly troubling is not only Epstein's individual wrongdoing, but the broader questions it raises about how such abuse was able to continue for so long.

The intense focus on Epstein as a single individual can sometimes obscure the wider context in which his actions took place. Investigations and reporting have shown that he operated within social and institutional circles that included many influential figures. This raises legitimate questions about enabling environments, failures of accountability, and the ways in which wealth, status, and influence can sometimes shield wrongdoing from scrutiny.

Public discussions have also included speculation about intelligence connections or broader networks of influence. While such claims circulate widely, they remain largely unproven. What is clear, however, is that complex systems of power, political, financial, and social, can make it difficult for accountability to occur when influential individuals are involved. This is a challenge that societies must confront through stronger transparency, investigative journalism, and independent legal oversight.

One reason the Epstein case received so much attention may be that it exposed uncomfortable truths about powerful circles in politics, finance, science, and philanthropy. Epstein moved among influential people and institutions that publicly stood for progress and leadership. Yet his crimes revealed serious moral failures in those same environments. This raised questions about how wealth, status, and influence can sometimes protect wrongdoing.

From a Christian perspective, the issue is not only the crimes of one man but the broader problem of hypocrisy and misuse of power. Biblical images, such as the "beast" described in the Book of Revelation, are often understood as warnings about systems that pursue domination, wealth, and power instead of justice and humility.

At the same time, the Christian message calls for repentance and transformation. When wrongdoing is exposed, the goal should not be hatred toward entire groups of people. Accountability is necessary, but we should remember that all human beings are capable of moral failure. The response should be justice together with humility, repentance, and a commitment to doing what is right.

11.9 A Warning Against Antisemitism and Collective Blame

It is equally important to recognize how discussions about the Epstein case have sometimes been misused to promote antisemitic narratives because of his Jewish background. This is both historically dangerous and morally wrong.

The actions of one individual cannot and must never be used to condemn an entire people, religion, or culture. History offers tragic reminders of the consequences of such scapegoating, particularly in the persecution of Jewish communities throughout Europe and the Holocaust. Responsible discourse requires that wrongdoing be attributed to individuals and documented evidence, not to collective identities.

11.10 Note on Historical Interpretations of the Antichrist

Some strands of Christian apocalyptic interpretation have historically speculated about the identity and origins of the Antichrist, occasionally suggesting that he might arise from within the Jewish people. These ideas are typically linked to interpretations of passages such as Daniel 9, 2 Thessalonians 2, and Revelation 13, though the biblical texts themselves do not explicitly identify the Antichrist's ethnicity or religious background. Historically, certain early and medieval Christian writers associated the Antichrist with the tribe of Dan based on interpretations of Genesis 49:17 and Jeremiah 8:16. However, many contemporary theologians caution that such interpretations are speculative and have sometimes been misused to fuel antisemitic narratives. Modern biblical scholarship generally emphasizes that apocalyptic literature should not be interpreted in ways that attribute collective blame to any ethnic or religious group.

11.11 Power, Accountability, and Global Context

The larger lesson from cases like Epstein's is that abuses of power can occur in many societies and across many institutions. Corruption, exploitation, and hypocrisy are not confined to any one country, religion, or political system. When powerful individuals are able to evade accountability, it can erode public trust and weaken the institutions meant to protect vulnerable people.

Addressing these problems requires vigilance, transparency, and ethical leadership. It also requires resisting narratives that divide people along ethnic or religious lines. Justice should be pursued through evidence, due process, and principled investigation rather than suspicion directed at entire communities.

11.12 Final Reflection

The Epstein case serves as a reminder of the importance of confronting wrongdoing while maintaining moral clarity. Seeking accountability should never lead to hatred toward innocent people or entire groups. Instead, it should strengthen our commitment to fairness, truth, and the protection of human dignity. That said, I remind people not to hate, but to forget, and that because Jesus Christ is a forgiving God, instead of sowing hate and anger towards one another, we can call these people, in position of power, to repent of their sins, and turn from their ways.
