A gross and unethical capability they have revealed, and demonstrated, is the ability to remotely influence physical states through this technology (See Appendix A, B). Based on what they have shown and done, this technology can affect the human body and mind in multiple ways, including:

  • Temperature regulation: Inducing sensations of heat or cold, effectively altering perceived internal temperature.
  • Pain induction: Creating pain signals (from low to extremely high saliency) in various regions of the body, at different depths of the body (e.g., bone level, organ level, skin, brain, teeth, etc.).
  • Visual interference: Temporarily affecting eyesight, including inducing blind spots, dizziness, or other visual disturbances.
  • Motor control influence: Affecting muscle movement and coordination, muscle tension.
  • Auditory projection: Projecting sounds that only the target can hear, including voices and other audio (e.g., random noises, voice distortions of others in your environment, voice manipulations, ability to understand and speak in different languages, etc.).
  • Image projection, extraction and manipulation: Make you see certain images, or extract mental images, regardless of how "light" the image is seen in your mind.
  • Dream manipulation and monitoring: Monitor your sleep patterns and dreams, and project images, characters, stories to you during your dream, and manipulate your actions during your dreams.
  • The surveillancer can share the same space-time location as the victim, as if they are truly present with you, while manipulating the environment and your body from their end, all without your knowledge.

10.1 Technical Capabilities

I have included Appendix A and Appendix B to include the key terms as well as some papers and their descriptions regarding the scientific knowledge relevant to their technology, at least the surface knowledge that can be found about it on the surface internet.

10.2 Telepresence and Remote Manipulation

Through what I describe as telepresence, telehaptic, quantum physics-based technology, the operators can project themselves into my actual environment/space in real time. This means they can "occupy" my environment remotely, perceiving what I perceive (as if my eyes are a camera) and interacting with my sensory field and physical surroundings as if they were truly present.

Critically, they can control the signal strength of this connection/signal of their actions and bodily manipulations. This allows them to dial up or down how much of their presence is transmitted to the victim. They can be performing actions, including violent or harmful actions, while controlling how much I actually feel or perceive what they are doing. This means they have the potential to be engaging in severe violations against any person's body or surroundings while keeping the perceived intensity low enough (or turn the intensity to nothing), to get away with these unethical behaviours and actions.

10.3 Their Manipulation of Emotional States

Their ability to influence my physical and emotional state is central to their manipulation. They aim to provoke extreme anger and violent thoughts in me. Their hope is that they can induce these angry, upsetting or immoral episodes, collecting unethical data, and hoping it could be footage to discredit me and my character, or other "mistakes" and societal offenses, while they continue their abuse with impunity. They collect data on how to trigger me, knowing that anger leads to irrational behaviour.

10.4 The Broader Implication

This technology gives operators the capacity to:

  • Remotely influence multiple bodily systems with physical contact without actually being in a present environment.
  • Control what targets perceive about their environment and the people in it.
  • Perform actions against a target's body while controlling how much the target feels.
  • Operate across any distance, with no geographic limitations.
  • Create experiences designed to destabilize and confuse, with adjustable intensity.

10.5 Connection to Their Other Activities

This remote influence capability supports their other operations:

  • Intelligence gathering through environmental monitoring.
  • Psychological manipulation through controlled perception.
  • Data collection on how bodies respond to various stimuli.
  • Testing the limits of remote physiological influence.
  • Potentially committing violations while limiting the target's awareness.

They can make targets believe their environment is changing, that their bodies are being affected, that something is happening to those around them, all while controlling exactly how much the target experiences. This is designed to break a person's sense of stability and make them doubt the reliability of their own perceptions. A Staged Death, Mockery, and Why I Still Speak Honestly
