March 21, Part 2: On Religion, Violence, and the Gospel: What I Believe and What I Do Not

Since I have started this blog, some of the surveillance operators have been trying to shift the narrative of their implied "mockumentary" of me, initially as the Antichrist (even though I support Jesus Christ as God, and His message of the Gospel as the word of God), to now make me seem like a Christian fanatic, overly pious and obsessed with Christianity, especially with the Old Testament, while having major red flags of personality and ethical faults. It is true that the Old Testament contains much about war, destruction, vengeance, and wrath, and people have historically taken advantage of these texts to justify wars and exploitation.

Acknowledging the Complex History of Religion

History is filled with examples: the Canadian residential schools, where Christianity was weaponized to erase Indigenous culture; the Spanish conquistadors, who used religion to justify imperialism and genocide; the colonization of the Americas and slave trade, Western imperialism, carried out in the name of spreading the faith; even in the East, the Taiping Rebellion, which fused Christian millenarianism with violent uprising. I am not criticizing Faith itself, I am acknowledging that religion, in the wrong hands, can be a means to violence.

But the message of the Gospel is actual love, because Jesus Christ is love. God is love. Ideally, we would abide peacefully with others as much as we can, treating neighbours as ourselves. Unfortunately, we live in a world with finite resources, complex historical contexts, competition, and people who are worldly and want power, knowledge, and more things, fueled by personal pursuits rather than the central messages of Jesus Christ from the Gospel.

A Note on How I May Be Perceived

I am aware that my blog posts will be seen by many as uneducated, superficial, delusional, or as the "ramblings of a schizophrenic." I know I need to repent for the anger and frustration this causes me, in addition to the wrongs my family, friends, and I endure (especially my parents and I, as we are the most targeted by these operators, but especially me since I'm the one documenting and exposing what they do).

Their goal appears to be the forced association of innocent figures with distress or arousal, a documented psychological tactic used to destabilize targets. I disclose this because I refuse to carry this weight in silence, and because it reflects the broader pattern of abuse these operators engage in.

Many of these individuals display behaviours consistent with sadism and psychopathy. Research has shown that positions of power, including certain law enforcement roles, can attract or enable those with elevated psychopathic traits relative to the general population. In this case, such traits manifest in systematic harassment and human rights violations performed by these surveillance operators to the T. I mention this not to generalize, but to contextualize the nature of the abuse I have endured and to call them out truthfully.

On Respect for Others of Different Backgrounds

I also want to make clear that I value others from different walks of life regardless of culture, lived experience, religious affiliation, or background. I am a Christian, but I could be of any other religion and my understandings and experiences with these technologies and abuses would still be true and real. The actions of these operators are not based on religious affiliation, though they may be exacerbated by my ethnic identity and race.

That said, I still identify as Christian because the message of the Gospel holds true to me. I care about having a relationship with Jesus Christ, about salvation, about repentance. Ideally, we should behave to be humble, gentle, and self-controlled.
